We were greeted by Robert and he was quick to answer all questions we wanted to know about the different bikes and what is best suited for my husband's needs. Shopping around for bikes over the past few weeks was overwhelming but Robert was super patient and informative.
    Thank you Giant Vaughan!

The guys at Giant Vaughan really know their bikes! I was greeted at the door by Robert (store Manager) and he asked me what I was aiming to do and knew exactly what I needed! I experienced excellent customer service and would highly recommend this place for all your bike needs!

Walked in and met Rob - He asked all the right questions and explained different rider profiles to match each model bike. Rob was very knowledgeable and even knew trails around Ontario to help identify the type of riding I would be doing. He really helped me identify to exact bike that I wanted. Rob was not pushy at all. He took the time to answer all the questions I had, introduced me to the General Manager, and Service Technician. Awesome experience. I'm glad a walked in and met with the Giant Vaughan team. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff here is very friendly and really knowledgeable. Robert helped me through all the questions and concerns I had as a first time buyer. Rather than up-sell me, he pointed me in the right direction and took as much time as i needed to explain everything in detail. The best part is that months later, i am still calling Giant to get Roberts input on anything bike related.

I went in to talk about the $5700 tri bike that I had researched extensively. The guy asked me if I was a triathlete, chuckled at me when I said I was, then asked me if I wanted to put it on the trainer to see how it felt. I said fine. Then some dude came from the back and started scolding me for putting it on the trainer and feeling it before buying. He said it would be better to purchase the bike, then ride it to fit it. But it would be no help for me to feel it before purchase. This pair then told me that I can go ahead and sit on it if I wanted, but walked away as if to disavow anything to do with my involvement with the bike. After sitting on it for a couple minutes, I asked some pretty basic questions about build and materials and configuration. After confidently answering most of my questions, and after me making a series of follow up questions, it was clear that their answers were generally not correct. Then they admitted they didn't know anything about tri bikes, and were willing to google anything I wanted. They kept saying my measurements would be taken to see the right size for the bike - entered into a system of some kind? - but no one offered to do that, even after I rattled them off to my crack sales team. Truly an awful sales experience. If I do end up with the purchase I looked for, I will try my best to get it at any other store.
