  Good food and very friendly staff. Nice selection of beverages. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the door noise is so annoying. I’ve been twice in my 3 day trip to Toronto, as I’m alone, they gave me table by the door, great table location; but it’s disturbing to have a door slamming next to you the entire time: was even scaring at first. I hope restaurant can do something about it. Slow closing hinge costs barely 25 CAD.

  The restaurant is definitely the worst restaurant i’ve ever been to! The point is that ‘They refused to serve me for absolutely no reason!’ They were telling lies about me together including one waiter one waitress and the manager. They said I did really rude hand gestures towards them and said nothing. But point is I did not did any hand gestures! When they asked me in the front, I politely and quietly said one person. I waited for 30 minutes until they talked to me. And when they spoke to me, the male waiter said to me in an extremely rude way saying that he refuses to serve me because I didn’t order the drink at first. He said I did a reallly rude hand gesture to him. The point is I did not do any hand gestures and I politely said ‘later’. They told me to talk to the manager. Where she kept saying I’m lying and accused me of doing the rude hand gesture to him. I tried really hard to talk some sense into her, but she just kept accusing me of doing the things that i never did! What kind of restaurant is this! I really think they are picking on me because they think I cannot speak English! I think they are being reallly offensive to me. And the manager said she trusted the waiter no matter what he says! I have been to Gabby’s for many times before! I have never imagined they will do this to their customers! I’m really done with this restaurant! I hope the Gabby’s will stop doing this to the customers! This is completely offensive and close to the point of physical offense! I hope higher authorities will do something this. Thank you!

  Excellent gluten free menu. Love the sweet potato fries and a chicken breast bruschetta. Very nice people. Great service. We will be back

  We visited as a group on Canada Day here. Despite the crazy crowds, service was still very courteous and as swift as it could be, given the volume of tables being served. Food was tasty and fries were great! Three of us had the pulled pork sandwich, and it was quite tasty, though I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw on it. Still delicious, though!

  The waitresses and bartenders are amazing. I live next door and me and my husband enjoy going there. We always test their memories to see if they remember us and the do. Food is great. We will continue to go there for the convenience and people. BTW Rachel is great. Not that everyone isn't but we met her first

  Ordered fish and chips with beer. The fish wasn't flaky and was pretty mushy. The fries had no flavor and even salt and vinegar didn't help them out. I actually didn't finish more than half the food.The bathrooms were aweful, my wife actually pre-warned me before I went. Other than these points... good atmosphere in the seating area and the bar, and the waitresss offered to remove the food order which was a pleasant surprise we didn't request. Decent beer price and local options on tap.

  Food might have been mediocre, service was terrible. We waited almost an hour for our food and by the time the food arrived the fries were almost cold, and we were out of drinks. The server did not once ask us if we needed anything and did not refill our drinks throughout our time there. We had to ask for our ticket- if we hadn't I'm fairly certain we would have sat there for another hour. There was one group who sat across from us who did just that. When we arrived there were empty tables but they were filthy so they could not seat us for twenty minutes. At one point most of the tables in the restaurant were out of drinks/needed to order/needed ticket/needed cleaning. And the servers were sitting at the bar chatting. I felt bad for the young lady who was serving us because when she did serve us her hands were full, but it was because she was chatting the majority of the time.
  
  Honestly, we went here for a lunch meal - not a pub to drink. So I cannot speak much for how this place works as a pub where you're just hanging out at night.

  Great pub fare restaurant that was kid/family friendly. Welcoming staff and little wait time for food. Visited here after checking out the Royal Ontario Museum which is across the street.

  Best wings been going here for years! Excellent friendly service. Great place to meet up with a few good friends and have some laughs and beers.
