  Board game selection is mediocre. They are in business for their trading cards. Their staff prioritizes this as well. I waited a long time to be helped and there were other staff just sitting and gaming with the other customers. Is this a bad business? By no means no, the TCG collections are impressive and the number of events they have are impressive. Was my experience there good? No, if you're looking to buy a board game, there are better places.

  had a little issue with a staff member. the manager reached out to me and made it right. Made me feel like a actually mattered and resolved the situation. super impressed by their customer service now. can't let one interaction with and rude employee wreck your experience here. very impressed and will come back for sure.

  A really well stocked inventory of games, collectibles and cards. Very friendly staff and a clean and casual atmosphere!

  I do 90% of my MTG shopping here, There pricing is great and they almost always have the cards I am looking for.
  
  For selling cards for Store credit or cash Fusion can't be beat. I have never been offered my by any other store in the city.

  Pretty good place to play MTG, Pokemon or any other card games. They sell and buy cards, so if you have some rare cards you could make some decent money.
  They have events every Tuesday and they are pretty good.

  Friendly customer service. It has been newly renovated which really makes the place have a nice clean look. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.

  With all the new renovations the place looks great. It's a good little card shop selling Yugioh, Pokemon and Magic cards as well as board games and various other things. They have some of the best prices I've seen.

  The staff is amazing always very welcoming and always willing to help. My boyfriend and I go here to trade in magic cards and buy more magic cards. Fantastic store and if anyone's into gaming fusion is the place to go. They definitely have the best prices for magic cards.

  New Review:
  I have since visited a few more times, and the visits have been pleasant. Perhaps Fusion saw my review, and have changed things!
  I still stand by prices are better than Galaxy Comics. I think the employee I was dealing with was having a bad day, it's understandable.

  This used to be my favourite place to go to trade-in and buy yugioh cards. They offer much more fair prices than galaxy comics. But after my last trip there that was enough. I was trading in some extra cards, and the employee looking through my cards was practically skipping everything just to get through and finally said "I'm not looking through these." I was shocked to hear such awful customer service. Furthermore with the cards he did take out, I was slightly short one pack and I asked if he would be willing to let me have it, he looked at me and straight up said "no." With an annoyed and somewhat disgusted look on his face. You refuse to even look through my cards then treat me like garbage for asking a simple question? Its an hours drive for me to get there, and I don't do it to be treated like crap and for you to waste my time. I will likely not be shopping here again. If you want to be treated like an actual customer, you should go elsewhere. You lost my business, Fusion. You guys need to get your priorities straight.
