The Frontenac Challenge is here and the first of our birder hikes have been scheduled! Come hike the Challenge with us:

    1. Join Michael on Thursday evening, September 6, to hike the Arkon Lake loop from 6-9 pm (11 km / 3 hrs) – meet at the Arab Lake parking area trailhead and bring a headlamp!

    2. Join Carolyn on Saturday, September 15, to hike Cedar Lake loop from 8:15 am – 1 pm (14 km / 4.5 hrs) – meet at the Park Office.

Bring binoculars if you have them, although some will be available for loan. A headlamp or flashlight is mandatory for evening/night hikes. Participants are responsible for ensuring they can maintain the suggested pace of the hike, as this is NOT a guided/interpretive walk. Friends of Frontenac Park #OP125
