As many economists expected, the Bank of Canada announced today that it is increasing the overnight rate .25 percent. The rate hike was the central bank’s first interest rate move in six months and lifted the trend-setting rate to 1.5 percent, up from 1.25 percent. It was the bank’s fourth increase over the last 12 months and the first time the rate has been this high since December 2008.
The next rate-setting day is September 5th.
Get in touch if you have a variable-rate mortgage and have questions about your mortgage strategy and whether you should lock in or not. Lenders remain aggressive with their pricing for variable rate mortgages.

Really lovely setting. Loved the inside courtyard area, lots of room for entertaining and child play areas. Inside apartments you would not know what a big building you are in.
Also loved that it was only two storeys.
The apartment we rented was AirBnB, and rented out by a lovely young couple. Would recommend it .response / report this review -
