Good prices for their items. Meaning their quality is way below par, and there are no refunds, only exchanges. I go occasionally when I want a trendy item but don't wanna pay a large amount

Can be a little overwhelming with the amount of clothes and accessories so prepare to spend a bit of time in this store. Great selection of clothes for a night out or casual wear. Some business casual pieces and comfy clothes as well. Sizes fit a bit small and aren't the best quality but you get what you pay for, pretty low prices.

Received terrible customer service from their store manager John, who was very short and standoffish when asked for help finding some clothes. He kept pointing to general areas and said "I don't know. It's somewhere over there". He also made rude and racist comments towards the other staff members. He's not a good manager or person in general

It's a good store, with lots of fashion, mostly geared towards ladies. The store itself is dual level, and the prices are pretty acceptable.
