Great produce and clean location well maintained and good competitive prices excellent atmosphere for Any occasion with a safe environment
The store is clean and prices are good. Staff have a poor attitude, roll their eyes when you ask a question. Cashier was rude and telling me off in some foreign accent because I asked about something I could not find in produce. Yelled at me to talk to the guy "in green". Well I paid the bill and found a "guy in green" he was even worse. Zero time for customers. Seems employees want to just focus on getting you out the door as fast as possible regardless of how crappy you feel about the place. All the closed aisles are closed with metal chain like we are all going to steal from the store. The highest income region of Durham is just a few blocks from this store - if the employees don't step up and correct their behaviour I would gladly go elsewhere. And fire that cashier that does not respond when customers say hello.
Not a bad grocery store. Needs more cleaning, decent staff
A great deal on ribs today and they were tasty but a lot of the produce wasn’t fit to eat.
Prices are generally good there, but there seems to be an apathy in how the staff care for the place. I have found the place dirty, food on shelves past the best before date or meat advertised as on sale but the sticker price didn't reflect that. The length of the checkout lines is usually terrible and the cashiers don't seem happy. I only go there when Freshco is out of stock so can't price match...
The staff are friendly. However like other shoppers have commented, there are never enough cash registers open. The food in the front lobby is always mouldy, especially the bread! I do come back to shop as a matter of convince of location and the prices are great.
Was nice and tidy, was able to find things fast. Helpful staff too.
An OK store which we frequent only because it's close. The cashiers, particularly the one who also has to take care of special services, are way too busy.
There are never (really, not once) carts by the door. You must get them from the parking lot. And you must have a quarter if you want a cart (you get it back when you return the cart). I usually forget and end up with a too-heavy hand cart so I shop fewer items.
Excellent prices lots of items on weekly sales. Good value for money.
Good because there is lots of parking but never enough employees helping at cash during busy hours
