They have a large inventory, but they seem to have lost something when
they expanded. As an example, I was at the gun counter and prepared to purchase a rifle that day. I told the guy behind the counter that I had narrowed it down to three rifles and wanted to feel which one fit me the
best. He showed me one rifle and told me the other ones were "in the back". He asked me what my primary reason for the rifle was and I told him that it would be a hunting rifle. He then proceeded to tell me all about his trip to Africa and that I should book a hunt. ?? What?? I wanted to buy the best rifle that fit me the best out of three and he wasted 45 minutes of my time pushing some stupid Africa trip on me; that I had and showed no interest in. I ended up leaving the store and doing a 40 minute drive to Wholesale Sports. That Staff member cost them a sale. I don't mind paying more to keep the money in the community, but they have to do their part too. If a guy is too lazy to find two rifles from their inventory, why should I spend extra money to shop there.
It used to be so much better when the owner was always on site. Their current staff must be costing them customers because I have a difficult time believing that I am the only one who has had this experience. Closing at 6:30 PM on Thursdays and Fridays doesn't help either. Well, I'm sure that it helps Canadian Tire that is only 2 minutes away.response / report this review -

Great store with different inventory brands that is nicer than some of the stuff you can get at the big stores.. came gear clothing to be particular.
