They know how to make an amazing surprise! Always fresh and beautiful flowers. I received my bouquet 5 days ago and it still looks great, almost like on the day 1. The owner Julia has a very fine upscale taste. Their bouquets are always different and elegant. I recommend them on 100%

My boyfriend ordered some flowers for me and he said the customer service was remarkable. They were so friendly and polite. When I received the flowers OMG 🙊. From the packaging to the floral arrangement absolutely beautiful. I've had my roses for almost a week now and they still look so fresh. We've struggled to find a good florist in Toronto but now, I am happy to say my search has now ended 🥰. We Would be coming back.

The bouquet is pretty! As well as the package. Plus the owner is very responsive.
My fiancée has a convocation today and I originally special requested for an early pick up. The arrangement was smooth. I got notification early this morning, saying the bouquet was ready. Unfortunately our plan changed last minute and I went to pick up the flower late.
The owner is nice and I would highly recommend this shop to everyone who want a bunch of pretty flower for their celebration!response / report this review -

While I was searching flowers for my niece’s graduation, I only had a faint idea. When I found this “Natural Charm” arrangement, it clicked. As I went online to discuss possibilities of customization, Julia patiently provided me detailed advice and professional suggestions. She fully understands the balance between my need and budget. I am surprised by how it eventually turned out and deeply impressed by her professionalism and passion. What an adorable work of art! She not only delivered ahead of time, but also considered keeping the flower fresh in the bouquet wrap and easy to carry in a premium box. All the thoughtfulness allows me travel in tight schedule across three cities in two days. My niece loves the flower soooo much! Its natural aroma, artful arrangements and elegant wrap in matching kraft paper and sisal not only presented as a great gift out of love, but also earned so many compliments from fellow attendants. Thank you, Julia! I’ll definitely come back!
