  Although Manley the sales guy was friendly and helpful, and the value for the product seems decent, all service ended the moment I paid and walked out with my product. After discovering that they had not provided the channel for the flooring transitions, it took 4 calls back (the first three calls were not returned as requested), only to be told that they didn't have the channel that should have come with the transition. I was eventually given a couple names of other stores that might have the product. Big hassle and very poor after-sale service.

  I have worked personally with Tim Dickson on many job sites, and recommend his services to many of my clients who needed flooring. All of my customers have been beyond happy with the products, prices and services provided. I have and will continue to recommend Tim and flooring superstores to anyone who is looking for flooring.

  We got our kitchen, bath, and bedroom floors redone and we couldn't be happier with the experience and result. We dealt with Michael in the store who was very knowledgeable and made sure it was a smooth process from start to finish. Would highly recommend him and Flooring Superstores.

  We went to the flooring superstore one weekend to just check out what they had We weren't sure if we wanted to re do our flooring at that time, but wanted to look around, see what was out there. We met Matt and he didn't pressure us about anything, he asked what we were looking for, showed us some good selections and let us snoop around for a bit. A couple weeks later we ended up going back with an idea in mind, and he was so helpful to give us a great product within our budget. We LOVE our new floors, they are spectacular - We used to have laminate which was great for everything you can imagine- except water! we wanted something that could hold up just as good and had a resistance to water - We found it here! we purchased multi color wood vinyl and it turned out incredible! we couldn't be happier with the end result!

  My mother and I had an absolutely exceptional experience dealing with Dyan at Flooring Superstore! We arrived around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening with an "after hours flooring emergency" as we like to call it: we were having difficulty securing materials for a project in which the contractor was coming in on Monday morning. Dyan listened to our problem and was able to help us select a lovely luxury vinyl plank. Not only that, she was able to get us a great price for the product and help us secure delivery for Monday morning. On Monday, we had the pleasure of dealing with Sam (the delivery driver), who was very helpful and polite. Besides being extremely helpful at the start of the project, Dyan provided excellent service to us throughout the project too. Our contractor required floor levelers part way through the project, which Dyan helped me purchase. At the end of the project, she was able to help me take care of the leftover flooring materials. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided and would be more than happy to recommend this business to our friends and family.
