I haven’t even used the product yet and I am already very pleased. Shipping came in two days (free). Then I called the service line to ask a question about my job and they answered right away, and the person on the phone was very nice, she knew the product well and she was very helpful. So far so good. I will update after I use the crack repair kit.

UPDATED:
I used the crack repair product and it works great! It was easy to use and has sealed up the cracks perfectly. It can get a little messy and sticky, but I put down an opened cardboard box under the area I was working on and it kept the mess contained well and was useful for mixing the two part glue. Overall I am very pleased with the product and customer service and I highly recommend it.

Our company have used the flexomeric products for a number of years and I have to say we have never experienced any problems with the crack repair resins our technician's like working with this product and it makes our jobs easier, and the back up from the knowledgeable staff is very good.
