Very bad experience. I drove over an hour to get to them. Arrived 20 minutes early and I was asked to wait in an office. Office walls are full of newspaper clippings and large posters of the books that Les has either written or co-authored. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up. The secretary didn't know where he was. It is obvious to me that my time is not important to them. I am not cattle that can be herded and made to wait until someone feels they can grace me with their presence. Also I had to wait around 10 days to be seen, and they took the time to do a follow up call to confirm my appointment.

Very bad experience with this company. I phoned them to request a witness signature to my affidavit that I was personally filing for an application for a Certificate of Estate Administration After telling me the cost ($25) and setting up a time to come by, when I got there (after rearranging my day to fit in going there) the estate clerk, who was qualified to witness the signing, flatly refused to do it. She said, between the two persons I had spoken to on the phone (herself and someone else), a misunderstanding had occurred, and she would not witness it unless she got the rest of the business of my application for the Estate Administration. So although she was able to do it, she remained unwilling to make amends for the inconvenience they had caused me. A resultant and unfortunate shouting match ensued between all: and I had heard shouting coming from the two ladies who were upstairs when I came in the front door. I left unable to believe the lack of professionalism going on..

Very professional to the point, accurate, thoughtful and caring service. Fish and Associates outlined several ideas and scenarios that one would never even think would ever happen. Extremely good advice and documentation is carefully well done. They are also not pushy. They give you lots of time to think about what they present to you. Price is very reasonable compared to other similar services.
