I got to this office accidentally, not knowing what to expect, haven't read the reviews, in the moment of desperation while in another place and realized that won't get what I needed.
And I am so glad I did come here!
Not only you are professional, efficient and knowledgeable, your demeanor and atmosphere in the office makes one feel comfortable and ensuring that all be done in the way one expect it to be done.
One might think: big deal, can do fingerprints anywhere. No! and I learned it from experience and prices are lower than competitors.

Came in several days ago. Wish I could give a higher rating but the two ladies I worked with seemed to not even notice my presence. Having a gossip while helping me, not even paying me attention. Very unprofessional. It seemed like I was interrupting a coffee chat when in reality I am a paying customer. When they did address me it was rudely. If the manager is reading this… train your staff on customer service or get new staff.
