They are the best immigration services in Toronto, why are they best? i will tell you why - "information is wealth & knowledge is power" they are up to date information, especially Claudia she is like encyclopedia of immigration. They explain you the whole process, what documents to include in your application and more importantly how to get them(and alternative options).

Today Ivan received a very special letter in the mail. It contained his permanent residence card. He is now a permanent resident of Canada. This is really a dream come true.

The CIC process is Byzantine, mind boggling, intrusive, and down right maddening. It is not one that I could have considered tackling on my own. My partner and I had many challenges to overcome and were in need of expert help and guidance . Ferreira-Wells was crucial to our successful application for the conjugal sponsorship.

I had contacted a lawyer but I felt his expertise was not as extensive as F-W' s. I don't mean to say he was not knowledgeable. He was one of the best. But comparatively I had more confidence our case would get the necessary attention from F-W due to the thousands of cases they have already handled over many, many years. It cannot be equalled.

I won't number the many acts of kindness, the firm guidance, I must share with you how our confidence was repaid in one particular incident. Our application was sent to CIC under the new process instituted in January 2017.
Within a month our application was RETURNED. It had been rejected by an assigning clerk with increased powers and a narrow training and knowledge.

The very good people at F-W took to the phones and secured the name of a contact at CIC and explained to them the false premise of the rejection. They attached a very powerfully reasoned letter rebutting the rejection to the file. I must tell you when I read the letter I said out loud "wow". They then sent the file back to be processed -The DAY after it had been received. One day.

If I had managed this process myself I would have succumbed to despair and accepted the clerks decision on our file. If I had retained the lawyer he or someone else in his office would have gotten around to writing a letter, eventually.

Our application time from submission to approval was 5 months. I don't exaggerate that I never imagined this outcome given me and my partners challenges. I am still in disbelief.

As for the grubby issue of moneyF-W provided excellent service over 13 months asking for one payment at the beginning. They never added another charge after that payment.

What I want to convey to you as a prospective client of F-W is that you need an expert in your corner because you never know what lies ahead. Why ever would you look elsewhere?

We cannot thank the entire team at Ferreira-Wells for their hard work through our process.

Our journey started back in the summer of 2015 and with all their careful guidance they took us through each of the steps clearly and directly. Although the PR Card process with the CDN government is long, we were happy to have received a final approval this past February with the landing appointment in March.

If you are in the same situation and need a team of inmigration experts, you will not be disappointed with FW.

They immediately made us feel welcome the first day we walked in to chat and they assured us that even though there could be some hurdles along the way, if we followed all steps and did our homework that all would be good in the end.

Ferreira-Wells was absolutely essential in making my immigration easy and fast. They were very helpful in the preparation of my documentation, always suggesting what was too much or too little. After my portfolio was ready for submission, my spouse was approved as a sponsor in about three weeks. My confirmation took only about three months, which is relatively quick. If I had done all the work myself, I believe it would have taken much longer and would have required many re-submissions of information. The experience of everyone who works with Ferreira-Wells is the primary reason they are so successful. I would highly recommend this agency.

Our journey started March of 2006 when we came to Canada as tourist. We immediately fell in love with Canada because as gay couple from the Philippines, we experience freedom, equality and acceptance as member of LGBTQ which we have never experience back home. We decided to apply as permanent residents with in Canada. Back in 2006 it was by points system. We hired a counsel and paid substantial large amount of money to represent us. We were told that by our work experience and educational attainment that we were qualified under the point system. He advised us that we can stay in Canada as long as we want while our papers is being processes and to make sure not to violate any law here in Canada. While waiting for our papers for the next 5 years, we kept ourselves busy with selling our oil paintings and fashion jewelry to support ourselves. It was my Aunt Linda who helped us in board and lodging! In return we took care of our ailing uncle who suffers from diabetes, my elderly aunt who was 85 years old and our cousin who has mild autism. After 5 years we asked our counsel about our papers, we send him email, we sent text messages and endless phone calls but we can not get hold of him. Finally we met Mr. David Le Blanc of Ferreira-Wells Immigration Services and asked about our situation. He told us that he believes that our former counsel did not submit our application and he just pocketed our money. True enough Mr. LeBlanc get in touch with our former counsel, and demanded to return our money and transfer our file to Ferreira-Wells Immigration services. It was December of 2013 that we retain Mr. LeBlanc to represent us. We were treated with humility, compassion and dedication. We had challenges when our papers were being processed but the team of Ferreira-Wells Immigration never let us down. We had the initial approval in 2014 and we were able to get a work permit while our application is being processed. We can't believe that we have a file number, we are so happy. By the time we have our work permit we were able to work full time, paid our taxes and not afraid of being caught without status. Before whenever I see police cars, I always get anxious because we were already out of status. When Mr. LeBlanc called me in the afternoon of April 7, 2017, our lives has changed. He excitedly informed us that our application has been approved after 36 months of waiting. We have no words to express how greatful and appreciates the work done by Ferreira-Wells Immigration for our lives. We can not thank them enough for making Canada our home. If we are to go over the experience again, no doubt in our minds and hearts that we are going to hire them as our counsels. They have the professionalism, compassion, dedication and humility in representing us. Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget you.

Our experience with FWI was nothing other than exceptional. They were very responsive, assuring and most importantly they didn't beat around the bush.
