Just awful. Very slow to respond and charge way more than other lawyers claiming their services are superior. Repeated typos in documents - you have a copy of my ID and still manage to get my name wrong?? Also do not respond to concerns when asking them about slow response times. When finally confronting about the long response times on a call, the lawyer used personal family circumstances as an excuse for taking so long to respond. Unless I somehow get reimbursed for my time, I fail to see why a lawyer's personal circumstances is any of my business.
Communication with these guys is just terrible. Common courtesy and professionalism is really lacking here.response / report this review -

Brett M. Carlson phoned me for the free phone consult. He spent the time to talk to me even though I live on Vancouver Island and I am not in his area. He answered my questions directly and was clear in his answers. If I was in his area he would be my first choice for representation as I feel like he would have my best interest as his priority. Thank you Brett!

The online calculator saved my life. It is accurate and very easy to use. Best of all it gave me the tools for negotiating a new court order with my ex. I cannot thank McGurk Fraese Family Lawyers enough!
