  All in-house made pasta and cured meats. We had a dinner "family style". Great to choose from a lot of different dishes. Having said that, the braised shortrib pappardelle was amazing ...I'd definitely have that on it's own the next time. Excellent service. Funky, upscale hip atmosphere.

  I'm not one of those people who write negative stuff, but I was compelled to do so with Fabbrica. Let me start by saying something positive. The ambiance was great. Staff at the front were excellent. It just went downhill from there. The food-over priced albeit it was tasty. The meat selection was a la carte. It did not come with sides (who does that?). Our server(the biggest disappointment) was not very engaging, was only interested in taking our orders. He was not very proactive in recommending or even asking if we had any questions. For the price we paid, we could've gone at a much better establishment. Really disappointed.

  The food is amazing!! I came here for a family outing and was very pleasantly surprised by the incredible White Truffle Cream Pizza for only $20... But tons of truffles!! It was absolutely incredible and the last time I had something like this, was in a small Italian town. The service was friendly and speedy and I enjoyed my experience overall. Not too pricy but try and stay away from the appetizers, they're not very large portions but high prices. An entree, coffee, drinks, and dessert are all reasonably priced however.

  We enjoyed coming here previously. The service was spectacular and the food amazing. It had been about a year and a bit since we had been and pretty disappointed. The wait staff were very nice but disorganized and slow. It took over two hours to order, eat and pay. Our appetizer was incredible but the pizza was dry, over salty and warm (not hot). The sfingi were not properly cooked on the inside (doughy centre). The quality of food and service did not match the cost.

  Decent food. A little on the pricey side which is to be expected. Excellent service as my experience there allowed me the pleasure of having about 4-5 waiters and waitresses attend to me and my guest. Only issue that ticked me off was bringing the bill before I asked and then bringing the credit card/debit card machine immediately after when the restaurant wasn't even full with only a few tables and patrons. We were only there about an hour and a bit so there was no real reason to rush us out of the place.
  
  I'd expect a little more professionalism from fabrica and its staff next time (if there is a next time) I go there for dinner

  The service and the food are fantastic. A good place for a work or intimate dinner. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

  Loved this place!!!!! The waitresses and waiters were soooooo nice there!!!!! The food is awesome Italian food. They brought the food in less than 5 minutes and it was delightful!!! DELICIOUS!!! 😋

  Have been here many times with small tables and large groups and have had great service and good food throughout. The fresh pizzas are served Italian style (eat with knife and fork). The pastas are al dente. We love the desserts here, too.

  Walked in with our newborn in his stroller. The hostess' were very nice and sat us at a table with ample space (they actually move tables around). Which doesn't normally happen, we usually get stuffed in a corner or told to leave our stroller outside.
  Our waiter Curtis was very attentive and courteous. Was very surprised with the professional service!
  
  The food was amazing, a bit pricey but the pasta was so delicious (braised beef rib pasta - pappardelle). I think it was worth the price tag.
  
  The sangria was huge!!!!! Curtis told me it was going to be like a pitcher itself and he wasn't joking.
  
  We will be coming back for their seafood event later this December.
