  I have been a client of External Affairs since they opened their first location years ago. Every single treatment I have ever had has been nothing but top notch, not to mention the professionalism and expertise of the staff performing the treatment and the front desk staff. Always friendly, well educated, accommodating, and make you feel Welcome and Appreciated. Great Customer Service is so hard to come by these days, especially in these unprecedented times, so GREAT job External Affairs!! Keep up the great Service!   I've had micro-needling done by other professionals and absolutely loved the immediate long-lasting results! What I didn't like was all of the expensive products pushed at me and sometimes products were even a condition of the micro-needling service! I have my favourite products that I am very loyal to because they work for me and that was fine by EA. so I booked my 1st micro-needling at External Affairs last spring, my experiences at EA have been wonderful, Diana is very friendly and goes beyond to make sure the micro-needling is comfortable and effective, fantastic micro-needling application by Diana! I highly recommend EA!

  External Affairs is not only an amazing Medical Spa it is a Wellness Centre.
  I have always felt very confident from the moment I walked through the door and am greeted by reception. The ladies are very professional and helpful.
  Being entrusted hands with Sheena she is outstanding with her gentle touch, Diana is a skin expert, & Alyssa/ St. Albert. is incredible

  I see Diana for microneedling and I have to say it’s so nice to come across someone that so obviously enjoys what they do and are great at it. I went for a consultation thinking I wanted a chemical peel and Diana explained microneedling to be a much better option for me based on my skin. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this place for anyone with concerns about their aging skin.

  I've been coming to External for many years. The owner Becky is such a wonderful woman! All the employees are so welcoming and professional.
  
  I've had my lips done by Becky many times over the years and love how educational she is when she talks to you about lip injections. She made my lips exactly how I wanted them to be super plump.
  
  I just recently went to Joelle to get my botox done for the first time and loved how she made it very natural. I will definitely be going to her again.
