The key to Pilates is the precision in which the movements and exercises are performed. At Exhale, the classes are kept small to ensure that you are executing the exercises properly to maximize your time in the studio - and your results!
In addition to our online class schedule, we are teach many private and semi-private (2-3 people) sessions which can be booked based on your scheduling needs. Please contact the studio to book your 1st appointment, or to arrange a visit to the studio.
In 2011, we added yoga to our class schedule. Although very different in history, Pilates and the physical practice of yoga are are very complimentary.We keep our yoga classes small, so that the same attention to form and detail can be attained whether you are doing pilates or yoga at Exhale.
