Top Notch Service!
I had a gooseneck hitch installed on my RAM 3500. Grant advised me to go with the Curt hitch instead of the B&W as his experience told him that was a better hitch.
As I had some complicated setup with a gooseneck to 5th wheel hitch Grant was more than flexible and told me up front that if the Curt hitch wouldn't do the trick he would would swap it out for free. Luckily it didn't turn out that I needed any adjustments.
The frank and honest answers and the time Grant took to explain my options and why one product is superior to another is extremely valuable and I personally appreciated this treatment.
Cost wise - Excalibur was competitive with other hitch companies out there.
When it is time for side rails, tonneau cover etc I will go to Grant and get it from him!response / report this review -

New running boards and a tonneau cover for my truck from Excalibur Truck Accessories in Okotoks. I'm 100% satisfied. Ecstatic, actually. And maybe a bit giddy. Do yourself a favour: if you are wanting to accessorize your truck, start here. Prices better than the city, and service above and beyond.
