Due to the pandemic we needed to hire security officers for our warehouse to provide temperature screening, social distancing enforcement, and max occupancy enforcement. Due to employing Excalibur we haven’t had any cases and have been able to handle normal business operations.

Recently I got locked out my car and my phone and personal belongings were all in my vehicle, my anxiety started acting up and I wanted to call BCAA but couldn’t due to not having my phone, luckily the shopping center security guard was kind enough to let me use his phone and call roadside service to unlock my car, Excalibur security officer was polite and waited with me the whole time until someone came to assist me. Excalibur security guards are a gem and well trained we are lucky to have a benevolent security company like Excalibur who truly cares about people.

Just moved into our apartment recently and noticed Excalibur does patrols for our apartment complex, I have been living here for about 5 weeks and have noticed that Excalibur patrols our apartment complex 2 times a day and the security patrol officers drive around with flashing lights and makes sure they get out their car and walk around & show their vigilance and force to let outsiders know they’re present. So far from what I am seeing Excalibur is a great security company.

Hired Excalibur for an event and they made everything look very seamless and made sure everyone was protected. Excalibur was on time every time, professional, trustworthy, and attired for the job! Highly recommended this security company 5 out 5 stars!
