  I have been going to this store to purchase any bike related equipment ever since they opened. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. Sometimes you can find some great deals on bikes and accessories.

  I recently had warranty issues with my mountain bike where the manufacturer would not cover the entire cost of repair. Evo stepped in and covered the difference and my bike was returned to me in perfect condition. Evo was already my bike shop but this incident confirmed for me that I'm shopping at the right place.

  I'm giving this 3 stars. Dropped off my Trek mountain bike for front derailleur cable repair. Was quoted $183 for some upscale tune-up, housing and bracket replacement. After picking up my bike, front brakes pads were touching brake disk making screeching sound (went in fine). Rear derailleur kept switching between 4th and 5th gear (went in fine) without any input from the control. Whoever did the adjustment on the rear derailleur did not bother: a) finishing their work b) testing their work. Spent some time adjusting my front brakes and fine-tuning rear derailleur instead of wasting a trip to this place. So one star taken off for each screw-up.

  Such a great spot. Everyone who works there is on top of things and will consistently try to go above and beyond. Can't imagine getting anything for my bike elsewhere.

  Walked in there for a loose brake cable, left 2 full weeks later with a $160 bill on a cheap big-box bicycle my daughter will use in our cul-de-sac and have outgrown by the end of the summer. What nonsense!! The folks there seemed completely oblivious to our real needs. Don't know what their business model may be, but will certainly never set foot there again. And it's not like I don't understand "elite" cycling -- used to competitively road race myself. Absolutely do NOT recommend!

  Evocycles was extremely helpful and friendly. I am new to biking and they took the time to listen to my wants/needs, then suggested the optimal type of bike and gear for my needs. These guys know their stuff! Highly recommend.

  Saw this bike shop one day passing by, was met with friendly staff, good value items, what more can you ask for? Er this neighborhood is kind of sketchy. Someone slashed my tires when I was in store.

  Awesome Experience. Mike and his team are true professionals and are extremely knowledgeable about bikes. I have purchased both of my kid's bikes at the shop and plan to buy my wife a bike here too. The selection is great, awesome people and great service department. A must visit if in the market for a great bike.

  This was my first visit to this sore since I moved to the neighbourhood. I was overhauling the suspension on my mountain bike and noticed a chewed-up bearing that had its casing stuck inside a part. I took the part to this shop where they had the right tools to remove the piece of bearing. They also had replacements in stock! The service was prompt and courteous, and the cost was reasonable! Will definitely come again.
