Staff and dentist are excellent. They explain everything thoroughly. Very personable. And best of all, very little discomfort. Only my personal anxiety.

Dr. Williams and the staff are kind caring and very professional. They explained every procedure and took the time to help me understand what they were doing. My husband also had 5 fillings and his initial fear and dislike for dentists, in general, was put at ease by Dr Williams. His comment was; "not bad at all!" Thank you!

Great service. They changed my opinion towards dental services. They give you all the necessary information to make informed decisions, from the front desk to the Dentist. They did their best to make sure I was comfortable during all the procedures performed on me.

I have gone to Essential Dentistry for a few years, and I am always impressed by Amy (the dental hygienist) and Dr. Brett Williams' friendliness and conscientiousness. I've experienced a lot of discomfort and pain in the past at the dentist, but I can honestly say that despite the unavoidable discomfort of dental procedures, Amy and Brett make it pleasant and bearable. They notice the slightest twitch and pull the tools out of your mouth immediately to give you a break, and they continually ask if everything is okay. Dr. Brett explains the procedures clearly so you understand what's actually being done in your mouth, and he remembers details about your life that you shared with him at your last visit two years ago! I would highly recommend Dr. Brett Williams at Essential Dentistry.

Dr. Williams has the unique ability to pursue connections between oral health and systemic health. He has developed understanding and techniques that elevate the entire practice of dentistry amidst seemingly unrelated problems. Ask him about headaches, bite, airway, TMJ, sleep apnea, orthotropics or even simply enjoy the less painful treatments and enjoyable bedside manner of either David or Brett Williams. I learn a lot every time I’m around the office. Thank you.

Top notch team. Dr. David Williams is kind and really has your best interest at heart. They'll even squeeze you in even if you have an emergency. He goes above and beyond. I had terrible headaches and went to see David and he determined it was how my teeth were (or in this case were not) lining up. I went home and the headaches subsided. They are edfexuant yet down enough time with everyone. This is one dentist I do not hesitate recommending.

Most amazing kind team I have ever met! There is no classic longer then your arm dentist needles! How amazing it that!? Helped me get out of a terrifying painful ordeal and hey I'm still happy to go back! That has to say something!

My experience with Essential Dentistry in Okotoks has been a very positive experience from the time I started with them more than 20 years ago. Dr. D. Williams and now son, Brett are both wonderful, caring, gentle and pleasant people.
The staff is always so cheerful and pleasant. Any and all questions are answered in a timely manner and fully explained. They are up to date on all the latest and painless techniques.
Of course, I would tell people about them.
