  Just took my year old Pitbull/Mastiff there tonight to get his stitches removed. The staff was wonderful and very polite. Most people are a little intimidated when they first meet my lil man but that wasn't the case here at all. Front desk greeted me and let my fur baby basically jump into her lap. The vet (I didn't catch her name) was very kind and the service was quick. My puppers left with his tail wagging and happy. I will definitely come back should he need any further medical care. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

  I had my dog body check on Aug 23rd, then I need another copy after a week. However, they said yes on the phone, when I got there to pick up my doc, they said they won't fill up the letter and print out new copy of my dog body check letter unless I pay for another body check fee. their vet are "really professional", they just toke 5min to finish the body check. As you can see, they don't even change a word in the note. Also, when I second time to go there, they were very rude. The reception person satirized me.

  Bad place to go don't take any chances going here. They are so rude if you don't want to pay whatever they charge you. Also, they charge you more than other animal hospital. My dog got a puppy shot, they charge me around $200. I went to another animal hospital with another dog, they only charge me around $110. Don't go there only if you are rich.

  Have recently been traveling from Kindersley to Saskatoon because I know my dogs will get great care. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Doctors and staff are well-informed, friendly and care a lot about their patients. We've been bringing our dogs here for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!

  We had the unfortunate luck of having to put our beloved Pug Gus to sleep due to an incurable illness. The ENTIRE team at Erindale Animal Hospital were professional, comforting, informative and incredibly compassionate in one of the most difficult times we have experienced. A month later we received a condolence card from the staff with handwritten sentiments. Talk about going above and beyond! Erindale Animal Hospital and Team We thank you so sincerely! :)

  I love this veterinarian. I met her at a group clinic twenty five years ago and when she branched off to start her own clinic, this one, I followed. she treats my rabbits and dogs and has seen me through several small lives. she has taught me so I could take even better care of my pets and always explains the bills and procedures. she's always gentle and kind and not one pet has ever feared her. The associates and staff she's invited into her clinic are all equally loveable and gentle people. Mostly, she's a brilliant vet. she has never made a mistake and respects what I know too.

  The staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but exceptionally friendly and helpful. Without their care, our puppy would have died very young. He loves going to Erindale Animal Hospital and loses his mind with excitement every time he goes there. Thank you for all you've done for our family!

  Friendly staff but way over priced. 318 for a male feline neuter. The communication between reception and the doctors needs to be a little better as well. When I called I asked to get my young cat to get neutered and my older cat to get a blood test because he is getting older. The reception told me they didn't want to neuter unless he was vaccinated. I also needed to get there ears cured of mites.
  
  I went in and it seemed like I had to explain to the doctor what I wanted again. In the time we were talking and yes things were explained to me but she was adding all this other stuff in the mix so in the confusion I didn't understand everything.
  
  In the end I didn't get my youngest one neutered my oldest one didn't get his blood tests done. They both got vaccinated instead.
  
  They both received medication I had to apply when I got home. Instead of applying the first set in office so I had extra hands.
  
  Also with my other experiences dealing with ear mites other offices cleaned their ears out in house before I left. So I was a little surprised they didn't after the price I paid in the end.
  
  I chose them because of good review and essentially there only 5 minutes from my home. I think I'll be going to where I took my other cat.
