  ***Please see my update below***
  I have water heater rented from Enercare and furnace maintenance plan with them.
  The water heater started to leak Saturday morning. I called customer service, asking for someone to come as soon as possible. The soonest they could make an appointment was Tuesday morning, 72 hours later.
  The tank is rented, so I cannot touch it. The isolation valve would not move. My only option to stop the leak is to cut water to the house and be without water for 3 days. So, for now the leak is ongoing, I have towels around the heater, and I change towels every few hours.
  Update: Google review helps. As soon as the information got to the local technical managers, the case treatment was very good and the service is amazing. They called me as soon as they found out about the issue from Google review (Monday morning), did the inspection on my schedule and replaced the tank the next morning. All very positive and professional.
  Also, the Enercare corporate followed on my post on their Facebook page - sent me e-mail in which they provided untrue and misleading information about the case.
  So, the conclusion - if you need Enercare service, skip the corporate customer service, call the local branch directly - the technical service and local managers are top notch, the corporate customer service suck.
  I updated my rating to 3 stars, but in reality it should be 5 stars for the local branch and zero stars for corporate.

  Sean was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered great advice on how to properly care for my air conditioner and furnace. He was professional and courteous and did an excellent job servicing the A/C. Fantastic service!

  I had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Andre Findley a while back when he originally did my fireplace.He did a thorough job. Once again he arrived at my home on May 24th to service my Air Conditioning unit and my furnace.He did an outstanding job on the units and represented Enercare with class.
  He took the time to educate me on the products and ensure that no dust was left on the floor after his job was finished. I can proudly say that this is the best service I have ever received from Enercare.
  Mr Findley I have found to be very professional, impressionable and one who takes pride in his job and customer satisfaction.
  It was delight to have such a fine gentleman in my home to service my equipment.He has taken (Care) to another level.

  Francesco B did a great job on servicing both of my AC units. He was very polite,quick and friendly. He responded to all of my questions in simple terms which helped me gain a better understanding of how my HVAC system works and what I could do to have it work better. I would definitely recommend Enercare!

  This morning I phoned for service on my water tank. Early this afternoon, Anthony & Kenneth installed a new one so quickly, so efficiently, explaining everything. Very respectable men, which I appreciated very much.
