  Recently used Encore for a large fundraising event. They were so easy to work with, gave us a great rate (charity discount) and were so professional on site. The food was delicious as usual. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

  My wife Arlene and I were privileged to host an engagement party for our Son and his fiancé in the party room of our condo on Saturday October 21. We had 60 people.
  
  Fortunately, we were referred to Encore Catering. They did a fantastic job-could not have been better! The food was fantastic, and they had a superb crew at the event to co-ordinate, prepare and serve the food. We cannot imagine anybody doing a better job! We would certainly use them again if we have another event, and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a first class catering organization.

  I was spoiled for my wedding shower with a 'high tea' themed afternoon and Encore Catering played a huge part in my spoiling. The sandwiches and sweets were exactly what you would expect at tea and the salads were fresh and flavorful. Thank you for making my special day so perfect!

  I just have to say, “Wow!” Even now that I’m back on Vancouver Island, I still have memories of that roasted veg sandwich!
  
  Everybody was impressed. Delivery was exactly on time, and easy to manage. Everything looked and tasted amazing, incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared! Generous portions and your great service make Encore easy to recommend.

  I used Encore Catering for the first time after hearing their name on Facebook. All I can say is what an amazing experience! From start to finish, Cary and his staff were amazing to deal with. They helped me plan the menu, suggestions on how much to serve, and helped with suggestions on how much alcohol and beverages to buy. The night of the event was no different. Staff showed up early to help set up, and they were all so lovely and smiling through the entire night. The chef, servers and bartenders were a complete joy to have as part of the party. The food was better than I could have even imagined. All evening, everyone kept talking about how amazing the food was.
  Thank you to Cary Silber and Encore Catering for helping make this event so amazing, and the planning portion easy to do. I look forward to having them cater another event.

  Encore Catering did such an amazing and outstanding job at our engagement party that we booked them for my bridal shower. Everyone was gushing about the taste, presentation and quality of their services. They are very accommodating and understanding. They will work with you and your budget and schedule to bring your vision to life. They truly care about their clients and we love them dearly

  We went with Encore Catering for an event our organization was hosting our entire team was incredibly impressed! It was such a pleasure working with them for our event. The menu we selected was delicious and the service was exceptional. The staff we were dealing with were kind, accommodating, and very attentive to our guests.   Thank-you ever so much for your exceptional help and service last evening for our Christmas party. Your attention to detail and demeanour are truly professional and Encore is lucky to have you on their team Danielle. We definitely enjoyed Martin as well and would appreciate you passing on our gratitude and pleasure of having him as our bartender.
  You both made our night the success it was !

  We hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at our home for 18 people. The staff began by setting the tables beautifully. The servers were pleasant, unobtrusive and attentive, and the chef was great, explaining the dishes to our guests, with pride. Everything was delicious and plentiful, and our guests were all impressed! The staff worked well as a team, preparing and plating food in our smallish kitchen which they left spotless. They packaged the leftovers for us and all the rentals were organized and ready to be picked up the next day. Thank you for a perfect evening!
