  I recently had the pleasure of hiring EcoTech for a window installation in my home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Not only was the installation process seamless, but the customer service I received was outstanding. The EcoTech representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire project.   Great staff. They really know the window business. The guys doing the install were bar none the best and hardest workers ever!! So friendly, and didn't make a mess they cleaned up behind themselves. One of them even helped me catch my 2 pugs that escaped out the door and up the mountain!! He dropped what he was doing and ran up the mountain half a mile to go get her. So grateful and so happy for my beautiful new windows. My house looks brand new!! Go for the black trim everyone!!!

  OK, so for starters, our sales rep Eric S. was very pleasant to deal with. He was informative and patient with all our questions. He arrived right on time for his appointment with us and followed up when needed. Big thanks to him for coming.
  Bonus point for EcoTech, they were ready to install our window earlier than the planned date. Wow. Fortunately, we were able to manage the early date.
  The installers showed up right on time, and were ready to roll.
  The installation went off without a hitch. Everything was awesome. The installers were both very polite and efficient. They explained things to us along the way during installation. Once complete, they promptly cleaned up any mess, and left our place in perfect condition.
  The window? Looks fabulous! We are very pleased with the choice we made. If you are looking to get a new window installed, I would definitely recommend EcoTech as a perfect solution.
