I'm a vp on the strata council for a high rise in Surrey. These guys are absolute clowns and rip off company. When checking what time their cleaner came in not only 45 min late but while looking at the cctv saw the person go into the tiny tiny janitor closet and close door for 1 hour 20 mins and then come out and put away a cell phone. And then at no point did any of the rep or manager accept or apologize instead just defensive and aggressive and avoiding the topic. Absolutely ridiculous they subcontract their employees and hire anyone willing to work at what peanuts they probably pay the caretaker they gave us couldn't operate a simple email account and had no related experience. They then had the audacity to invoice us for all this nonsense supplies we didnt even order or want there is absolutely no integrity or quality control and markups on supplies is biggest rip off probably their main revenue stream. Do not consider or do business with this company

As a member of strata, I am not impressed at all with the service and cost. I suggest you look elsewhere before hiring this company. Snow removal was absolutely useless, arriving in the evening after a snowfall and going over what we had already salted and shovelled. I would also check to make sure this company is not owned or run by your strata management company (Rancho).

When I was looking for a cleaning company my friend recommended to contact EcoPlanet. It was a very professional customer service. They did great job for the reasonable price, and as a bonus they are using Eco friendly materials. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you EcoPlanet for your hard work!

This company is a rip-off. The starting estimate you will think you'll get, have big difference when you receive your bill. They overcharged labor, whatever equipments they used and exaggeration on number of people that are working when you receive your bill. 5 to 8 times more than regular. Don't ever call them to shovel your lot. You will regret in the end.

I am the strata Vice President of a residential high rise tower located in Burnaby, BC. I have had the pleasure of having Eco Planet clean the common areas of my high rise building over the past year.

Our previous cleaning company never had reliable staff, and weekly I was having calls while I was at work that they needed help with something from me because their staff didn’t show. Over the past year now having Eco Planet, I have not had to take a single phone call for an issue of staffing a cleaner, the building sparkles. It has been a wonderful change in a direction well over due. They entire topic of cleaning is never even brought up in our meetings anymore. I’ve never seen the building so clean.
