Smiling is my motto! Problem solving, listening to and helping others, creating action plans are things I enjoy doing.
As a trained Designer (includes traditional marketing and more recently Social Media Marketing) I latched onto social media channels since they began. I saw Social Media as a way to connect people socially but also for business in this new multi-media age of permission marketing.
As more and more people rebel against more traditional interruption marketing techniques, they ignore print ads, fast forward commercials and post on blogs how they really feel about companies and products.
We must have transparency and finally companies have to pay attention to what their target audience are saying. Up to date Social Media Marketing strategies embrace that, follow proper rules of online etiquette and keep audiences interested with current (even fun) content.
