My lower back was a disaster after over a year of a bad WFH setup. Between Steven's assessment and assigned stretches/exercises, and Nachi's targeted massages, I felt improvement after just a few weeks, and a few months later I was almost back to normal! They (and all the staff I encountered) were awesome. Ideally, I won't need PT again, but if I did I'd call them in a heartbeat.

I came to the clinic after a severe back episode, and Trevor Guy's assessment-guided stretches and exercises that have allowed me to have many pain-free days. He is skilled as a Physiotherapist, and personable with his clients and team.

Exercises are accessible online where you can see photos, descriptions and track progress. Subsequent appointments with Trevor have helped to confirm the exercises, and the manual manipulation and dry needling have aided in a very quick recovery.

Mina at the front desk is friendly and efficient and makes you feel welcome.

I had an excellent experience over a number of weeks at this physio clinic. Steven treated my sports injury with knowledge, encouragement, and compassion. He tuned me into my body’s signals in a profoundly helpful way and helped me develop a sustainable fitness regimen. It’s also a lovely space with welcoming, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I am a new (and old) triathlete. Injuries are a part of the game at this age and you need someone in your corner to help you when they arise. I’m glad I have Trevor in my mine. He got me mobile again quickly and with preventative strategies to incorporate into my routine going forward.

I sought out physiotherapy to address problems with shoulder mobility and strength. The physiotherapist I worked with was Trevor. I arrived with only a vague description of my perceived deficits. He conducted an extensive and thorough assessment of both shoulders, and quickly uncovered the areas of concern and where to focus. He also worked with my family physician and the sports medicine doctor (at their Danforth location) to obtain referrals for additional diagnostic imaging. He worked collaboratively with me in order to identify and successfully achieve my physiotherapy and rehabilitation goals. As I continued my sessions, he listened to my needs and concerns, and modified the program to my progress and what was working for me and what wasn't. Trevor is exceptionally skilled and exceedingly knowledgeable. He cares about his patients and treated me like a partner in my health&rehabilitation. My experience was stellar and I would enthusiastically recommend Trevor to anyone!
