I bought the DuoVac central vac for our 4100 sqft. house this past summer. I couldn't be happier with this product. It is Canadian, well built with top end materials, it is powerful, clean , and quiet.
Also the most reasonably priced of all the central vacuums we looked at.
I was skeptical about this unit being big enough, or exhausting clean air as it is not vented outside, I was concerned if it was quiet enough as the unit is located beside a basement apartment.
But no problem on all accounts, it is clean and quiet, and powerful.
The guys assured me this vac was the vacuum I was looking for.
Well, I went with their advice and they were correct on all counts. No regrets
I have had a dept store central vac ( what a waste of 900.$$ that was).
I took a leap of faith with Dynamic and I am glad I did. Craig Purdie

Moe was very helpful, professional and knowledgable. He helped me pinpoint exactly the product that I needed and wanted according to the use I would make of it and of my budget. Worth the drive from downtown, would recommend to anyone.

I had been to two other vacuum repair places and thought there was something wrong with the contacts on my hose. Their answer was buy a new hose for $200 plus. I went to Dynamic, explained my problem and Brian tested the contacts and the end result was the on/off switch was broken. Brian thought he had one however he had to order one. Within three days Brian had the right switch and now the hose works perfect and the cost was VERY reasonable. While I was waiting, both times, people were looking to buy new vacucflow systems. I observed the staff are very knowledgeable, don't try to over sell and are accommodating. I will definitely go here for any future repairs or attachments and refer anyone I know to them. THANKS Brian.

I purchased a Miele Stick Vacuum 154 model. First I must say 10/10 for staff service. It is family business and you can feel this environment. They give me amazing deal as well. Miele vacuum is so so so so quiet comparing with Dyson. So happy for that.

As new home owners Moe was a great help with identifying options when our central vac vacuum power head broke. He gave us advantages and disadvantages of fixing, buying a new replacement or upgrading. Based on his recommendations we were able to find a great option that met our needs and was in our budget. Customers for life.

Absolutely fantastic service. Do yourself a favour and come here if you need anything related to vacuums. A fifteen minute conversation saved me hours of trouble and I certainly appreciate it. We replaced our under performing Nutone with a larger DuoVac which is now doing a fantastic job.

Total pleasure dealing with the staff here.

Such a pleasure to encounter a business which provides great service. The switch in my vacuum hose-end stopped working after Dynamic replaced it 9 months ago. I went in yesterday and they installed a new switch on the spot, no charge! No wonder I keep going back to this company for our vacuum needs. Thanks guys.

Like most central vacuum buyers, I had spent numerous hours researching on vacuum technologies and brands. In retrospect, I should have just spoken to Moe at Dynamic Vacuums as he had explained to me all there is to know and all I have researched about central vacuuming in 15 minutes with in store demonstration.

My purchase of the Duovac Sensa central vacuum power unit from Dynamic Vacuums (after returning my online Costco.ca purchase) was based on:
1) Local customer service
If I have any product issue/concern or in need of accessories, I can just walk into the store and speak to Moe and associates. That is not possible with Costco.ca purchase and I will have to spend time speaking to the manufacturer customer service on the phone or spending hours researching resolution on the web.

2) 25 years product warranty.
There is no central vacuum product that I have researched that provides that length of warranty as Duovac. I am confident that the young entrepreneurs at Dynamic Vacuums will be around in business to support the Duovac product.

Buying the Duovac Sensa is a win-win situation for me as I get both the excellent local service from Dynamic Vacuums as well as the length of warranty from a known Canadian manufacturer.

As I had intended to replace the central vacuum power unit myself, Moe made sure I have all the necessary plastic piping and joints before I left the shop. Today, I successfully installed my new DuoVac Sensa and I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

We have always had excellent service from Dynamic Vacuums. For a long time they were repairing my vacuum and then we purchased a new Sebo from them. They again provided terrific customer service and spent lots of time making sure we purchased the right machine for our needs. Thanks so much to Brian , Tarik and Moe.
