Ms. Neelima Bhardwaj was always transparent throughout the entire process, telling me all potential outcomes of each situation, and the best course of action to take. Her work quality is exceptional.

She literally did everything for me from getting and renewing my work permit and also my PR application all the way to approval. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed with both emails and telephone calls. I've been relying on DCT Immigration right from having my study permit extended to applying for my work permit and a huge shoutout to Neelima Bharadwaj who has been extremely professional, responsible, transparent and quick with the whole process. She holds deep understanding of the process and advises us to take due care and precautions before applying for any permit. Even if we hit a roadblock she knows the workaround and proper escalation procedures to smoothen things up. I'm sure going to keep in touch with her until I get my PR. I was happy to trust Neelima with my Permanent Resident application which was successful. Neel was a total star! She was quick, responsive, courteous and provided valuable advice to get my documents up to standard prior to submitting my application.
