  It was our first time using Dr. Green Lawn Care and overall we are pleased with the services provided with the exception of the product used for weed control. We understand that there are restrictions on what weed control products are authorized in Ontario. Our wish would have been to see better improvement in areas where seed was applied as well. Once again, we are happy overall and will inform you if we will be renewing for next season. Thank you

  This is our first time using Dr. Green Lawn Care Services. We chose the service because of the amount of weed we had especially in our backyard. I cannot say that all the weed is gone but it’s a bit better. We understand that it requires 2 to 3 seasons of care to achieve a perfect lawn so we are going to give it another try. All in all, good service , they always let you know when the technician is coming and Ratcliffe is always there to answer any questions that we heard.

  Only 1 suggestion: reduce the overseeding & grub control prices & more people will sign up for them.

  We have been using Dr. Green for years, both at our homes in Mississauga and now in Guelph. They communicate extremely well, showing up when they say they will, and complete the scheduled service in a thorough fashion. Their technicians are quick to answer questions and always represent their employer professionally and with enthusiasm. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

  Good morning, i been with dr green services last season
  
  Account No: 13326496 and don’t renew services for this year to see the impact of your service from last year. I just want share my experience.I signed up for to remove the lawn weeds but it’s doses not work out weeds is still there very disappointed what’s the customer satisfaction policy.I spent $280 to get good services but it’s literally looks like I wasted the money.Please check the attached pictures.Thanks
