  I have had three prenatal ultrasounds here (8 week, 12 week and 19 week) and each one has been great! There is clear signage stating the standard clinic policies (technicians will not discuss sex of baby etc.) as well as policies and procedures for Covid-19. Everything was clean and organized, from the waiting rooms, to the exam rooms, to the bathrooms. The receptionists and technicians have been very courteous, professional and polite. Before each ultrasound the tech explained what was going to happen, and what to expect (I will not be talking throughout the ultrasound, it will take approximately X minutes etc.) I felt completely at ease throughout the process and left each appointment feeling confident that I would return for my next ultrasound.

  I called Wynford location to book an appointment for my wife and the receptionist was so rude to answer and book. She asked to see the doctor requisition first before book an appointment. Simply ridiculous to have such a rude and non professional staff.
  I will advise the patients not to waste their precious time at this location and find somewhere else. I, also preferred not to go to this location ever and booked at Victoria park terrace location easily.
  Let’s see over there as well.

  I called and got an appointment no problem. The receptionist, Monica was pleasant and great. When I got here, my doctor had not sent the correct requisition and so Monica spent 30 mins and making several calls to my doctors office to get the correct requisition. She was great and kind and relieved my stress greatly. Not sure about the terrible reviews but Monica was absolutely great.
