Direct Waterproofing Hamilton waterproofed the basement 5 years ago and they did a fantastic job, no leaks or dampness at all. Since then, we have contacted them twice to look after minor issues and they were responsive and came and looked after our concerns. I am very happy and thankful for their service and would never use anyone else. They do what they promise and they do it well.

We contacted Direct Waterproofing Hamilton for a basement wall causing damage to other wall and floor. Nico responded immediately to my request. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, explained the process and my options and had a team in to fix the problem within about 10 days. The repair work was done from inside the house, a sump pump was installed and the team was efficient and tidy. Nico prepared all the paperwork ready for submission. Absolutely great to work with and I would highly recommend this company.

I hired “Direct Waterproofing” (Hamilton) in November 2021 to waterproof the front of the house, install a sump pump and a backwater valve. The agreement contract was precise, and the price was transparent and reasonable. Igor and Richard came on time, worked very hard for two days, even finishing the second day around 8 pm. They were very efficient, courteous, and tidy. They really knew what they were doing, and it showed: the entire project was a success. I would hire them again without hesitation if I needed it. From the first phone call to the last day, I was very impressed by this company. Many thanks Igor and Richard!

Nico from Direct Waterproofing gets the job done! We needed interior waterproofing for a small room at the back of our house. During the initial consultation/quote, Nico spent nearly an hour inspecting our basement and explaining all of our options. He was extremely diligent and responsive throughout the entire process. His crew was on-point and finished the job in half a day. Nico also helped us fill out the paperwork for the waterproofing rebate. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I got Larry to come out a few weeks ago to get an estimate to repair a few cracks and complete waterproofing. I ended up hiring the Direct crew and just completed the project on Friday. Larry was extremely responsive and was on top of getting everything lined up, the crew was polite and quick to complete the job. I would have no issues recommending Larry and his team for any waterproofing jobs.
