  Best restaurant around. Caesar Salad, Ribs, Wood Fire Pizza! It’s a must for anyone that appreciates real food, excellent quality and a fantastic dining experience. The staff, the atmosphere, there’s just no comparison.

  Had lunch here today and had a wonderful experience. Great food, outstanding service from Ricky and the real deal pizza and salad. Loved it from start to finish and can't wait to go back!

  I'm pretty sure this is the best pizza I have ever eaten. In the top three at the very least.
  
  
  
  The owner will talk your ear off if you let him. This is his first restaurant and he's excited instead of bitter and beaten down by the food industry, staff and, of course, customers.
  
  
  
  He's super excited about all the local ingredients. The salt! It's from a local lake! Hand-harvested! In shot glasses! With tiny cocaine spoons!
  
  
  
  Please, please, please eat here. So his dreams are not crushed, the optimism not squeezed from his soul. And, also, because I want another pie next time I'm through town. (I'm visiting from Florida.)

  Whoa !.What a fantastic surprise in Midland for casual-fine dining when it comes to thin-crust Napoletano wood-fired pizza !! You can find any ordinary pizza in Midland if you wish, but there's only one place for the absolutely finest, tastiest,freshly made thin crust Napoletano pizza.that's at Dillon's !
  
  My wife and I split a caesar salad as a starter. Holy moly!.This was by far the best caesar we've enjoyed in a very long time ! The creamy dressing is obviously freshly made with a nice tangy garlic flavour, as well the cheese is super tasty. We ordered 1 each and sampled both: the Deacon and The Hail Caesar pizza's. When they arrived at our table by server Anjala, the aroma quickly aroused our senses. These 2 pizza's were so tasty that we had wished the dining experience would last forever! It was really nice to be greeted by Rick (the owner) and share a nice casual chat; he also wanted to make sure we were happy with Anjala's service, as well as with our mealsWe certainly were very pleased. Looks like my wife and I will become repeat clients, as we are looking forward to trying more of the pizzas on the menu.

  The food was AMAZING! Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. The craft beer was great. There was a blonde server there very friendly unfortunately she wasn’t ours. We had a very unfriendly, pretentious, snobby man who clearly thought he was better then us and really made us feel like he didn’t want us there. He managed to ruin our whole experience. We will go back with the hopes of a different server. Everything else was fantastic though!

  This is the second time we made the trek from Bolton for pure perfection. Their pizza is my all time favorite and the Caesar salad ranks right up there too. The crème brûlée was worth the drive itself and Ricky is one of the nicest guys that you’ll meet. Trip number three will be sooner than later.

  The food was scrumptious and the ambiance was fabulous. The owner and staff are friendly, accommodating and warm - our evening was wonderful. We will make the drive to visit again!

  This amazing wood fired pizza restaurant is on par with the worlds award winning Pizza Rock pizza in Las Vegas. The appetizers (chipotle ribs and Caesars salad)were fantastic. The ribs were so tender. The salad used Parmigiano Reggiano! The pizzas were perfect right down to the authentic Italian flavours from San Marzano tomatoes and the finest flour. We enjoyed three incredible desserts. Homemade Nutella cheesecake, and gluten free Brownie. The tiramasu gelato was delicious. I'd recommend this delightful jewel to everyone. I can't wait to go back.

  Four of us had a fabulous meal at Dillon's last night. We were promptly greeted and seated at our reserved table. Water was poured, drink orders were taken by a friendly, professional server. My partner and I were entertaining two of his relatives from out of town, who thought the place was spectacular. It was my first time in, and I was a bit nervous after hearing a few negative thoughts in the early days. We ordered our meals (three different pizzas and an order of ribs). I can honestly say that all four of us were blown away by all of the food, service, casually creative décor. It was a full house, with a short line up, but we had our food in front of us in half and hour. I was very impressed by the owner, who was front of house, greeting, busing, and assisting his staff. Good wine list and excellent craft beer. Can't wait to return!

  OK I have been a number of times and had great experiences with numerous different pizzas. But this last time I finally tried the ribs, and they are awesome. Highly recommend giving them a try. Don’t let the name fool you they are definitely more then just great pizza!

  Phenomenal. The meal we had was absolutely AMAZING! From salad to ribs to pizza Yum yum yum. Rick (the owner) is a special piece of awesome. He makes you feel at home all the while feeding you delicious food. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially for how outstanding everything tastes. Five stars. An absolute gem. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Worth the drive from wherever to midland to enjoy

  The absolute best Caesar salad, ribs, and pizza I have ever had. I have returned several times for the food, not to mention Mr. Dillon is incredibly kind and would do anything for his customers. He personally made me a signature drink on the house for my birthday. The restaurant is small and reservations would be wise, but they always accommodate. Even for my party of 16. Couldn’t find a better place to eat! Beyond impressed.

  My wife and I had a wonderful date night at Dillon's. I personally love thin crust fire baked pizza, it reminds me of the pizza I got when I was trekking around Europe. Even if someone liked deal dish pizza they should go out and try it.

  If you are in the Midland / Penetang area, Dillon's restaurant is simply top of the food chain. Great pizza, local beer and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Ricky and his staff were fantastic! We'll be back for sure.

  Dillon's has perfectly duplicated the traditional Italian Margherita pizza.
  
  Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food.

  A friend recommended this place to us last night and we decided to try it out for dinner tonight. Completely changed pizza for us both because it was unbelievably flavourful! Simple menus, super friendly waitress (Ange I believe her name was), amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be back! We've already recommended this place to so many people tonight and we haven't even been home for an hour yet. Can't wait to have another date night here!

  My family and I, ate there New Years Eve. The pizza and ribs were delicious, best we have ever had. It's classy, has a wonderful atmosphere and fast, friendly service. It will definitely become a regular eating place for us! Great job!

  Was just good most likely will not go back . Pricey $17 for a Margarita pizza should have been $12 to $14 at most. Glass of wine $10 .
