Jeff Klassen - I am saddened to hear that you feel this way about the care we provide for your uncle. To the best of my knowledge, you have never approached myself (Kelvin) personally or any other member of our staff with your concerns. I have made every attempt possible to contact you so we can discuss your concerns and see how we might be able to address them. I have called every one of our residents family members to hopefully get a contact number for you, however every family member I have contacted of all our male residents say they have no nephew by the name of Jeff Klassen. If you are reading this, I would like to extend a very warm and welcome invitation to you contact me directly so we can discuss your concerns more in detail, and should any of your concerns be valid, we can work at correcting what we do as it relates to your uncle's care.

How can I describe this place. Yes it is a nice building but the quality of service the senior receive is terrible, the place is so understaffed that the place does not get cleaned properly. My Uncle lives there and everything that we were told was a lie, the manager Kelvin promised great meals and one on one care if needed and that never happens. The meals are terrible most of the time from what I’ve heard and the personal care does not happen like it was supposed to. My biggest problem with that place is the management. It seems they tell you what you want to here to get you to move in your loved one and take your money but that’s it. I’ve heard there have been incidents when people were left in their dirty depends for hours and no one changed them. We are currently looking for a different place to put my uncle. All I know is they sweet talk you and boy can he sweet talk you but they definitely don’t give you what they promise.

Unsure how to rate this place. On one hand, I've observed good care for the aged clients. On the other hand, there is very little by way of stimulation. Perhaps that is all that can be expected.

Wow. When they say "Diamond House" they mean diamond house! Very extravagant.
