  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CENT!!!!!! I went in for a checkup and cleaning, came out of there with half my mouth done, 2 xrays and a $770 bill as well as a recommendation to remove all my wisdom teeth at a cost of over $3500. This office is a RIPOFF. I got a second opinion (Richmond Dental Clinic) and an estimate for work needed. Absolutely no need to remove my top teeth so the extraction came to $550 including taxes. The panaramic xray that they charged me $180...$80 at Richmond Dental Clinic. The Dr. that was recommended by Dentrix charges $170 for a consultation even if you have the Xrays already..Richmond Dental Clinic...$0. I cant even begin to tell how horrible the front end service was as well as the continuous canvassing through emails, phone calls and mail...seriously GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!..RICHMOND DENTAL CLINIC...(Best dentists and service ever)

  Very expensive dentist compared to others in the city, and they have twice recommended work that another dentist told me I didn’t need. The hygienist I got also made some very off-colour comments about the other patients she had seen that day. To top it all off, since I have decided to go to a different dentist, they have called me once a month, if not more, to “remind” me to come back for a cleaning.

  Always great service and great personnel in all areas of their service and expertise. Our family has been going to Dentrix Market Mall since their opening over 25 years ago. We won't go anywhere else.

  it is a very nice dental place. The dentist and the person for cleaning teeth called Donna are very experienced and professional. I did my first dental visit over there with lots of fear, but they totally changed my view on dental care. it doesn't hurt at all/ People are very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the cost is bit high. Overall, it is a very good place to go. I strongly recommend.

  The service is good, but they always have a problem with reimbursement money from insurance company- after my teeths cleaning they informed it will take a little bit longer, because they will send the invoice by mail, but I even didn't get the reimbursement in 2 weeks. The insurance company still didn't get the claim, and Dentrix Receptionist said she will send it by regular mail AGAIN. She can't send it electronically as it was too long time ago...

  I was experiencing some pain flossing around an old crown. Dr. Fahlman's team had put a "watch" on that tooth earlier this year, and Dr. F discussed the potential outcomes and options I could take at that time. When I decided to replace the crown, he took special care to ensure I didn't feel pain during the procedure. I have had my mouth frozen many many times by many different dentists and I can safely say Dr. Falhman is definitely the best at giving needles.
  I am very happy with my new crown and I feel very confident in his experience and expertise.
  I am a relatively new patient, with several old fillings, crowns and root canals to deal with. I'm happy to have a dentist I can trust to help me maintain my dental health.
  Thanks to Donna, Robin, Jackie and Dr. F. From the moment I walk in the door I appreciate the friendly, caring atmosphere at Dentrix Dental Care.

  I have always found Dr. Wong and his team to be friendly and responsive to my dental needs. I have had extensive dental work over the years, and my experience has been professional and calming with full explanations provided for the work being done that day. Dr. Wong has even phoned the day following extensive procedures to ensure that I was feeling okay. The hygienist and assistant are friendly and professional. The reception staff always ensure that claims are processed quickly and efficiently. I have on occasion seen other members of the Dentrix team, who display the same professional ethic that Dr. Wong exhibits.
