  People quite nice apparently, no pressure felt. Bought my bike there. They should have an accessories display area much better with prices a lot more realistic. It's painful to have to discuss every single time to get just an average price. And even doing so you will feel the taste of being unfairly played. You will soon understand why there is no customers in the shop. Overall okay? No! Avoid this place unless you like being taken for stupid and pay more than everywhere else. So sad!

  The service people were very nice and gave me a few tips I would of over looked while building my racing engine. They even said I could bring in my crank shaft and they will quickly install my high performance bearings even though I bought them elsewhere.

  Always had good service here. Purchased my bike in the spring and have never had any problems with her. Recently needed mechanical assistance and they fit me in at the last minute and had it done the same day at a industry competitive pricing. Always go to these guys first when I need a hand.

  Update; nobody ever called back over two weeks later! It is biking season. Additional 2 stars removed. Owners of shop may also wish to note I spent over 470.00$ on getting additional riding gear for this season from another local distributor near by. Missed opportunity for this businesses. Will not be back.
  
  Good selection of motorbikes. Good selection of used also. Low key sales. Disappointed though as the part they said was in stock and had "plenty of" was not in fact in stock.l! Likely growing pains of a new location.
  
  I'll likely try again but would highly recommend they straighten this out an be sure when they say something in actuality is correct. I wasted 1 hr getting here in trafffic to pick up a part that was non existent. Will update on how quick they call with part.
  
  I'll consider it an off day. For now.

  I had just bought my bike ( 07 R1 Raven ) a couple of weeks before taking it to Daytona Motorsports at their new location. I had never been there before so I was a bit skeptical but they were one of the only places available for a tune up and complete check. So I took it there and when I got there they told me for a full check up anywhere from 400-500 dollars ( which is pretty standard ) . I left it with them, once I got home, CRAIG phoned me back saying that the spark plugs ( which I knew ) and the air filter had to be done. He also said I didn't have much on my tires but he made the decision completely up to me, no forcing what so ever. So I gave him the green light to do it all ( this put my bill up to about 1200 without taxes ) . He took some off the top to make it a bit better but I spent a lot of money there which is no problem.
  
  I went to pick it up and got on my bike, I didn't do much of an inspection because it was the middle of rush hour and I was eager to get on the road because I live in Coquitlam.
  
  The bike ran great, new tires and all it felt and sounded way better than it did before. I was very excited until I got home and took a real careful look at it.
  
  To my disappointment, I noticed that my Zero Gravity windshield had been split. So very upset, I called CRAIG back and told him that my shield was cracked, he was just as shocked as I was when I told him. They were almost closed so he said he would call me tomorrow ( it didn't sound promising ) .
  
  CRAIG called me the next day at 10am and said to me that he was pretty sure they didn't crack it, but he said to come down to the shop, they had the EXACT SAME windshield and that they would replace it for me within 15 minutes and NO CHARGE.
  
  I went back down and just as they said, 15 minutes and no charge.
  
  This is exactly what you expect when you spend the money and they will take care of you.
  
  I was disappointed at first but they took care of me and fixed the whole situation professionally.
  I would recommend this place to all my friends and or people looking for a shop. They have a great selection of bikes, gear, and parts.

  I have dealt with the shop on three occasions and each time I have been impressed with the customer service. I have been taken care of in a timely fashion, same day service and they remember me. They have been knowledgeable and to the point, never tried to sell something or fix something that was not needed. In fact they were able to save me from replacing my belt, which was recommended by another shop, ( very close to Granville Island), because it was not needed.
  
  They have my business and would recommend them any day.

  Ryan in Sales, along with Craig in Parts were both very helpful during my purchase. Even post-sales experience, they have both been great checking in and ensuring that I was happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend!
