  Toilet was plugged, TV didn't get most of the channels listed on the in room guide, wifi was poor. Bed was pretty nice, room spacious. I would have rather stayed elsewhere but they took Amex when Peavine did not.

  What a joke! Whyndham should drop this hotel from their locations. Angel the receptionist was bothered to help us, the tv was not working in all rooms and we never even had an apology or a note about it. Bkfst was weird at best.
  Stay away from this place if you can.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and the free breakfast had many options to choose from. I also liked that they had some extra amenities, like a fitness room.

  We were very disappointed in our stay. We had booked for 4 nights but left after one. The exterior was in need of repairs, the ground outside the main entrance had cigarette butts all over and the lobby needed to be cleaned up. The room was just as bad. The tub was dirty, the toilet hadn't been flushed properly and there was dirt in the corners. We will not be staying here again. The only bright side was the young man at the front desk who really tried to make things better.

  Friendly staff and clean rooms. There are no Ethernet ports in the room and the a/c units can get a little noisy. But overall a good place to stay.

  Quite possibly the worst hotel experience I've had. Stayed for 3 days for work. I arrived and the toilet still had "floaties" from a previous guest, a dirty stain behind the toilets, both bedside light bulbs burnt out, and the complementary mouthwash had its safety seal broken and had been used. The complementary breakfast is subpar. But the real reason I'm writing this review is for how awful it was on a Thursday they had a live band play, the walls are paper thin and I had a room right down the hall from the "concert room/bar" (whatever it is). The band has been playing off and on since 8 til now (and it's past 1130) and the man at the front desk said they'll be at it for quite a while. The band literally sounded like it was in my room. Some fore thought and they shouldve put me in a different area to begin knowing that I am here on a work trip. So now I've finally changed rooms, moved all of my things at 1130 at night with no offer of help, to merely check out again tomorrow. Ps. The room I just was reassigned to has 1/2 light bulbs working in the bed side tables.

  Not a great place. Poor Wi-Fi. Some rude staff. The bar and food at the bar was great and reasonably priced. Would not stay here again. Next time the peavine.

  For $130 a night !!!! Do not go here. Everything is old and dirty. Pillows and blankets are sand paper. Carpet had stains and old. WiFi is almost none existent. Refrigerator had condensation in it. No HDTV only SD. Washrooms are old and dirty. If renovations were ever done they would have been done in the 1980s. Management has the front counter person helping other staff while I wait 8 minutes at the counter and the manager can't dislodge her butt from the chair with clear site of me standing there? Spend your money at the place across the street and down the road. Disgusting. Hey you... Mr or Ms owner quit being such a tight wad and renovate properly.

  Having stayed in alot of small alberta town hotels.my room stinks. Pillows are brutal. Room has stains on floor. Bathroom is filthy. WIFI doesn't work. Worst resturant I have ever eaten at. Wings are slimey and steak is thinner than a peice of paper.
