Today, September 10th, is World Suicide Prevention Day. This day is dedicated to creating awareness and giving support to people who need it. Let’s start the conversation, de-stigmatize suicide and mental health, and remember to ask the question “are you okay?” If you’re worried about someone step in and ask can you help- by doing this you could help save a life. Knowing the signs and symptoms of suicidal ideation and depression is key, everyone has a role in preventing suicide.
Let’s stand together and fight the fight against suicide, watch out for each other and help those who are suffering. 💛🎗

This walk was a trully amazing experience . I walked for someone very close to me , I also walked for myself and it just felt good to do something to help support others in the same position , on either end of the spectrum. The walk was well organized and the volunteers were outstanding. I can only see this event doubling in size next year. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved. I hope that the money raised will be able to make a dent in the amount of people who need the love and support. I will definitely be coming back next year for round 2.
A great group of volunteers trying to make a difference! Join the movement!
