I go here regularly for pedicures and love the work they do! They have massage chairs, which I love!

Was Great! Jessica was very attentive and did my nails fabulously! She kept conversation through the whole thing, which is a rarity I find but a pleasant change! I have been here a couple of times since moving to Cranston and I have never had a bad experience. I will continue to come back again in the future!

Went In because I received a 20% off coupon in the mail. I wanted a mani pedi with shellac. The coupon states mani pedi is 45 with 10$ extra for shellac. Okay that's fine. So please tell me how does 55$ with a 20% off comes up to 70$ ?!?!! Wtf?! Also waited half an hour later than my booked appointment. If you didn't have time to do my nails then don't tell me you have time. Didn't make any effort to speak to me in English. Used hand gestures and tapped on my arm when they needed me to switch hands.
So unprofessional. Would not go back.response / report this review -

This salon is probably the worst I have ever been in….certainly not friendly, never did ask for my name…All I needed was a fill for my acrylic nails….the nail tech proceeded to file off my white tips on two of my nails….I couldn't believe what I was seeing….so she quickly replaced them with 2 new tips, then when she attempted to cut the tips short with scissors she almost cut the tip of my finger off…I pulled away with a small cut! Then when it came time to pay they wanted to charge me $44. although their price list clearly said $22….they told me those were the old prices….I said then they should change their price list….also wanted to charge me for the 2 nail tips!! Can you believe it…!! I paid the $22. and walked out!! Should have read past reviews! So important! What a joke this place is! Shameful!

I agree with the last post, never go here. Worst service ever. On a new set, white tip of nail is half way down my nailbed and ridiculously thick. I hope I don't have an infection as they hurt all day after. I will NOT be returning.
