Great place, spacious, your not bumping into to people like in other casinos. However the machines don't pay as frequent as other casinos. I rated it 5 star due to the staff and food. The staff are courteous and the food is freshly made and a bonus, they have Tim Hortons there. A great pick me up after a night of enjoyment. It would get a 3 star for the frequency the machines payout. But other than that, great place to hang out with family and friends

Mostly slot machines, although table games include roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker are offered. Some table games are available in the afternoons. The caddie offers a bar, a restaurant, a deli counter that sells hot dogs and fired chicken and a Tim Horton's counter. However there are only six tables available to eat at. A shuttle service is offered two and from locations in Saskatoon how've the number of stops in the city has been reduced recently.

Good way to get rid of your money and if you are lucky you may get back more than what you spent. Food is fantastic and affordable. Good place to be if you have good control on your pocket.

I love how clean and safe the casino is. The dealers were so friendly this time and really made our night.

Lots of games.none of which will cause you to get rich soon. Very nice decor. Friendly greeters at the front entrance. Ordering a drink took lots of time - had to intercept a server as she was walking away. Lots of seniors playing and no smiling faces or laughing (that I saw anyhow), which is what you typically see at a casino. Tim Horton's is a good addition. Recovered my lost wallet with everything in it. Buffet is limited; Bonanza's buffet is a much bigger spread.

very sad to hear how cheap this casino has become. Friends went out for the birthday party and all they got was cake, no drink, no ice cream, no present. Its not worth the drive out there at all anymore. Also, never see any servers for drinks since Tim Hortons went in there. It seems like the patrons are the ones paying for the fault of someone taking money that wasn't theirs. Definately spreading the word to people to not waste their time going out there. Unhappy customers tell all..

Staff were very welcoming, from the attendant who met us walking in, to staff inside the event center as well.

As far as restaurant food is concerned, it left a little to be desired. We had the Friday buffet and for $18 it was a disappointment. Selection was limited, food was generic prepackaged food. Frozen meatballs with a jar of sauce, a green and red pepper sliced into them, is underwhelming in all honesty. Pork loin, unseasoned, overcooked, cut and laying on a cutting board drying out.

There's a brick pizza oven fired up and pizza that obviously was not cooked in the oven, disappointing. Pizza sauce from a jar, doughy crust. Cheese on top, yet not underneath. Lumpy gravy with a disgusting skin on top from not being stirred. You can't leave lettuce in salads sitting in dressing or it goes nasty quickly.

Great desserts, but individually plated with hardened whipped cream, icing sugar and various sauceswhy? It doesn't make sense from a culinary standpoint. The kitchen and equipment to work with is there, hire a chef who knows how to use it. If I had the time, I would have asked them to at least let me show them how easy it is to make a great pizza with all they have to work with.

The event we were at was a great show, but it was disappointing there was no merchandise at all for the event. No merchandise, no photos or meet and greet after, despite the fact the audience was roughly a couple hundred. We've been to a lot of casino events and it's great to meet entertainers and to have something to take away from a show.

So much potential in the venue and staff were great, just not a well thought out execution. Seating is a little unusual, but it worked in the context of a comedy venue where you were seated at shared tables with othershowever it could be awkward if you paid for a show only to be seated at a table with people who you didn't care for (we had both a wonderful couple at our table as well as a lady who had finished 6 beers in under an hour and who was becoming a wee bit loud).

The welcoming staff were the great redeemer and reason for 4 out of 5 stars, but definitely a few areas still to improve upon.

It was clean and busy but didn't seem like the staff was did the little things I am used to seeing at casinos such as take empty cups or push in chairs that were askew. There were some staff attending to patron issues but plenty just interacting among themselves.

The quality and upkeep of the machines were good. I do not remember seeing a non functioning machine at all. There was plenty of room to move around the facility even though it was really busy.

I was at Casino for few hours tonight for my first time it was a fun time besides I was not really happy I had to stop playing to look for a waitress to get a drink then when I found her she was very rude cause I was not sitting at a machine well excuse me I had to stop and look for you first then I was going to go back to play again cause no one is coming around at all. Then she did not even bring me nothing at all well I sat there for about another hour or so not really happy No waitresses AT ALL.. IF you want a drink you have to stop playing to go get your own drink I just think its wrong Moose Jaw Casino at least has good waitresses that service us well we stay playing our machines. Other then that everything else is very nice all other staff were very polite and friendly. Even got a membership card. So Hopefully my next visit here is 5 stars please get more waitresses.
