  I stopped by Cycling Elements after a quick search on google and my first time felt like i was a long time customer. Jeff is an incredible person and has a serious passion for cycling. Its rare to find an lbs that makes you feel confident in shopping and servicing your bike there but cycling elements sets the bar when it comes to service and convenience.
  
  I urge anyone driving through Orangeville to hit some trails to stop by and talk cycling with Jeff. You will seriously reconsider what the definition of what an lbs is.

  Great shop with friendly and helpful staff. Helped me fix a simple issue on my bike that another bike shop said I'd need many parts for. They tuned it around quick and kept me posted on the repairs progress.

  Jeff and his team at Cycling Elements are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they passionate about getting people on the right bikes for their skill and type of riding but they are also passionate about making sure that people then GO biking. They are always good for a trail recommendation, a connection to a group of local bikers or some tips and tricks about having a better ride. Beyond all of this, the staff put customer service above all else. While in to pick up my bike, I witnessed Jeff help a local teen fix his rims at no cost, instead of selling him new ones so that the teen could get back on his way. Just such a stellar place to shop.

  Wow! What a great shop. Such a friendly environment with top notch customer service. Very knowledgeable with every bike out there and all they want to do is help! Not all bike shops are like that
  
  Highy reccomend if you want to be treated honestly a fairly in the best way possible by a great team

  Great products, great staff, amazing service, these guys are super honest and fair. I've had my high end bike serviced here for years and never a problem. Thanks Jeff for all your help. No hesitation - an easy 5 star rating!

  Took my 20 year old Specialized Mtn. bike in for a tune up. A crack in the frame was discovered. Jeff went above and beyond to get Specialized to replace the frame, no luck. Jeff let me try 6 bikes, explaining the advantages/disadvantages of each one, Bought another Specialized. Outstanding service and product knowledge, highly recommended.
