I had my windshield on my car replaced with ease. I was able to contact in advance by email to organize the windshield and I was quoted very quickly.

Pricing was reasonable and was quickly installed. I would 100% go back and recommend to anyone requiring a replacement or rock chip fix.

Terrible experience. Left the place after my 3 hr wait and while driving away my rear view mirror ended up falling off got stopped by cops only to find the VIN nr not displaying. Had to waste another day of work to take it back in to fix the problem.

Called they week before as driving from 200kms away - got there earlier than appointment waited 4 hrs and was told it was not even in the shop yet.will find somewhere else AMI insurance is only as good as vendor!
Very disappointed with lack of customer service will not recommend this store.back to the great efficient store in Edm.

had an appointment at 1:00pm, left the truck and told to be back around 4:00pm. Came back at 3:50pm and the truck had not even moved. They said they got backed up, no apologies, no phone call to say they couldn't do it. They couldn't even look me in the eye when they gave me back my keys. This was, by far, the worse service I have ever seen. Never again.

We needed a few panes of glass replaced in our new homethe service was fast and friendly, and the prices were competitive; though the person we dealt with initially was not sure how to fix the window frames, which are quite old. This required an unnecessary second trip into the store before they were fixed. Our experience was otherwise fantastic and I would recommend.
