  Not a fan. Their prices are double to triple of any other pet store. But that's OK. Cause they are the only store in town (no competition so you have to go there or drive an hour away. They don't carry a ton of products and don't do much when you ask about ordering. "We can only sell what our supplier gives us". Not a good business model.

  terrible!!! those guys interrogating people, bulling single parents, and making rood comments behind peoples back's. VERY CHILDISH, and immature of them. do not go to this store!!!!!!! They don't take car of the animals. I saw them selling hamsters to a person who has a big boa that's only going to get eaten but then when i am going to get a rat for my child for his first pet they left me insulted my child calling my son a girl. no i don't recommend this place to any one there's a reason why its always dead in there, and that no one stays in there for any longer then 2 seconds.

  I've checked out a lot of the pet stores on the island and this one is my favorite.
  They have a huge selection of fish and the fish are always healthy and we'll cared for.
  Staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

  The most amazing people in the pet fishing industry. There simply AWESOME. Both mother and daughter team. Full of help and have expert advise. They simply are there to only help you and not to have you purchase the most expensive items they have. They want your tank to have live fish in it and not die so you'll have to spend more. I wish more pet fishing stores where like them. I will be driving the added km from Campbell River to them for any and all items I need for my fish tank. If you need help with your fishing tank please go to them.
  
  I was in there about a month ago with my son who's only two and half. We went in to buy a $9 bottle of safe tank additive. Well after speaking with them and looking around I decided to use them for our family second tank. Our first tank is a 10 gallon tank and we started our second tank of 50 gallons and all thanks to there helpful information I spent $135 that day. The new tank is now doing awesome and is ready for more live plants. We will be going there again today to get more items.

  Terrible service. Waited for half an hour without being helped, while watching the employees great three new customers asking what they would like help with.

  By far my favourite pet store to go to. The service is amazing, always have helpful advice and the animals are always so happy and healthy!
