I bought my new car this summer and absolutely love it! The sales team at Country Ford were very helpful! Fast, pleasant and approachable! Helped me find a car that suited my taste and kept me on budget! I'm grateful the staff at Ford got me into an affordable and reliable vehicle! Did I say I love it!? Had my first experience buying a car from a dealership here this summer. I don't think it's possible, that they could have been any more accommodating.
Customer service was available via text, phone, or email at very liberal hours!
Multiple visits and test drives, and they worked towards finding a vehicle that would suit my needs at a price I was willing to pay.
When the vehicle ended up needing repair to pass Alberta inspection, they volunteered to perform the repair and then covered the cost (as the repairs were already being done).

I can't help but feel screwed every time i go there. First i bought a truck and they sold my information to sirius radio which lead to relentless telemarketing. I told sirius and country ford to stop contacting me, to which i got an email to review their company today, so i will.
I spent thousands of dollars for an extended warranty and they insist on charging me a deductible to have my truck fixed.
As for the work that they have done, it's good, and it's hard to find a good mechanic in the area. I will continue to go there until my warranty expires but i will go elsewhere afterwards because i have been milked of enough money.
Overall, their mechanical work is good but i find them greedy. I won't buy another vehicle from them again.response / report this review -

Well if I could give a negative review, this would be it! I took my 2010 ford escape in because there was a small oil leak. It was identified and long story short cost me just shy of 1200 dollars to fix! That was in the fall. When it was fixed, I specifically asked if the rear engine seal was leaking. I was given assurance that it was not! Please bring it back if it continues to leak. I did, because it continued to leak. Upon return and about 2000 km. added to the odometer, I was informed that yes, the rear engine seal is now leaking! Imagine my surprise and anger. I just spent 1100 (plus another 100 dollars to diagnose the rear engine seal leak!) I have spent many thousands of dollars on ford vehicles (buying and leasing) over the years. I will not spend another dime on a ford and certainly not at Country Ford. I am disgusted with this and my business is going elsewhere. I will tell all the people I know about this shady dealing I experienced. Good-bye Country Ford. And that is as nice as I can be.add expletives here#$@$$%##$%%%!! That star is minus btw

Great experience working with Country Ford in Wilkie. Everyone I dealt with from the General Manager, Sales department to Service were polite, friendly and very accommodating.
Recommend going to visit them for any of your automotive needs.

There is only one word to describe the service from Wilkie Ford - FANTASTIC! Five star rating is not high enough to describe the people working in this dealership. Even if I didn't like my Escape I'd buy another Ford for the outstanding service. They're the greatest.
