I saw Melanie, and contrary to the comment below, I found the exercises and therapy provided were excellent. I have seen many physiotherapists and chiropractors for long term lower back issues, and it wasn't until I followed Melanie's stretching and strengthening advice that I finally found a long term solution.

My word. This is my first ever place i went for a massage and i cannot believe how it couldn't get any better! While i was getting massaged, i was finding it hard to relax. Once the masseuse started to work on my back I just gave in and it felt incredible! Highly recommend this place.

i have gone there a few times and met with a woman named Melanie, each time i went i realize more and more how little she knew. I was going to pan am and due to their lack of compassion and ability to give you peace of mind i started going to corydon physio. i had stress fractures which they assured me they could help guide me back to walking. as i go in this lady's inexperience starts to show. i ask questions like when do i know when i can start swimming using my legs to kick, or non weightbearing activities like bicycling. her answer is whenever you feel its right..... that isnt piece of mind... when i should be expected to start seeing progress i had these stress fractures for 4 months. i wasnt walking on it due to the pain. she says dont walk on it at all until it is pain free, keep waiting it out she has no answers as to why it isnt healed as of 4 months, she said there is no point in doing anything more than waiting till the pain is gone completely. Pan Am sports Medicine was saying the same thing. she claims there is no point in doing tests because if you have a bone disorder it'll take time to heal regardless, so wait it out still. that was driving me crazy to have everyone say that as it isnt becoming less painful. it hurt from every angle if i touched anything still no answers....

I went to Legacy Sports medicine who has a physio side to it. i got xrays done and there was no visible cracks or calcium buildups, it would appear the bones were healed, there was no calcium build up which only happens as it is healing kind of like a bandaid, and the doctor there told me the pain is expected and you will not be pain free until you push through it. i have been walking on it slowly with each attempt the pain lessens and now i am feeling great im so happy, it has been 3 days and i am still using crutches when i meet my limit for the day. but everyday it is increasing whithout pain or pressure. i can bring in groceries again and my girlfriend who has a bad shoulder lift things, i havent been able to in so long and if i was to listen to Pan Am and Corydon Physio i would still to this day be laying on this couch for hours afraid to move afraid of the pain scared of hurting myself..
My leg and foot isnt used to making contact with the floor, the nerves, tendons, ligaments, and muscles are in shock which is why it hurts but now i am strengthening them and getting everything used to being used again. Legacy Sports Medicine and physio has my full support i saw Dr Leslie he made sure i understood exactly what was happening, he aims for peace of mind. he made this look so easy when everyone else failed... :D
