  My doctor is good but a bit dismissive. The front desk staff is friendly. Problem is that their walk-in/after hour option is very limited. From my personal experience, after hour clinic was not there the two times I needed it (which was promised). To make that worse, if you dare to visit a walk in clinic, you get these nasty letters warning you that you will get kicked out of the patients list if you go to a walk-in BECAUSE "we have after hour/ walk-in options". Lucky for me that I am a young and healthy individual, I would not have chosen this place if I were to require medical attention more often.

  Always a great experience (or as good as one can have at a doctors visit). Dr Nair is prompt, professional and courteous.

  Elvira is not consistently helpful. She is actually quite rude.

  Dr Nair is very good and kind. He has always been a good listener to my issues and has always provided good advise and any medication that was required.
  Also the staff is very kind and Peggy is a wonderful person.

  Great family atmosphere, very pleasant staff. That 1 star reviewer must have been in for a headache because Elvira is hilarious and always upbeat and super helpful.
