  I am not a fan of dentists. But Dr. K made me feel at home and always had my best interest at heart.
  
  No unnecessary work suggested and he and his staff were very knowledgeable.
  
  Overall a positive experience.

  Great dental office! The entire team - front desk, hygienists, and dentist -are all lovely. Lots of helpful advice and suggestions. I will definitely be back!

  Great dentist! He is professional, gentle, detailed and very accurate. Also the stuff here are very helpful. They even give you warm cloth to clean off your face. This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

  I have been going to Dr Kowalchuk for the last couple of years and would highly recommend him as a dentist. As well his office staff are amazing. When you first enter the door the front office staff are very friendly and professional, treating you like family. The hygienists and dental assistance are equally as amazing. They are very professional, yet make you feel at ease with their friendly mannerisms. My children also go to this office, and this office continues to amaze me with how great they are with kids. My children have no fear of going to the dentist at all. Dr Kowalchuk himself is very professional gentle and kind. I cannot say enough about this dental office. I would highly recommend anyone go here for any of their dental needs.

  I've been receiving excellent care from this dental office for a decade. The hygienists are top notch and I know I'm getting best-in-class dentistry from Dr Kowalchuk. I work downtown so I love the early morning appointments and they always get through on time. High marks and top recommendation.

  I have not been to a dentist in a very long time. This is my first time with Dr. Kowalchuk and the crew... Right from the get go with Chantal and the other gal (sorry, I forgot your name) you feel at ease. Tara is the lady that did my initial visit and cleaning etc and she is very easy to talk to and also full of advise... They cover everything step by step and leave it up to you which way you want to proceed and what treatments you think are best for your over all experience.
  Would I recommend this office, You bet I do...completely satisfied....

  Authentic, comfortable and perfect music to have your teeth cleaned to. Joan keeps my 60 year old teeth tip top. Her skill is beyond reproach and conversation great while your mouth is full. Dr K runs a happy ship. Wonderful office!

  We have been going to Dr.K for three years now, Dr.K and his team are nothing short of amazing!!! My 8 year old son has recently had to have some orthodontics prevention work and Dr.K has walked us through every step, being very thorough and patient with not just my son but us as well!! You know you are going to a fantastic dentist when your child does not fight you on going for his checkups and runs up over the stairs so he won't be late!!!
  So happy we made such a great decision in choosing Dr.K and his staff for all our dental needs!!

  I have been going to this dental practice since 1987 and have seen many changes over the years. Dr. Dwayne Kowalchuk has done a fantastic job of modernizing this practice with ongoing patient care in mind. It is a pleasure to deal with any of the staff. They are all very patient and understanding. I would especially like to compliment the dental hygienist Joan. I first had Joan as a dental hygienist 19 years ago and she has always provided excellent dental care.

  The staff at ConfiDental are professional and friendly. From the time you enter the office to the time you leave. They use new procedures and techniques that make it calming and comfortable to be in a dentist chair.
  I fell asleep briefly while having a filling procedure. The massage chair helped with that I'm sure.
  If you are looking for a dentist or possibly not happy with your current one, I would highly recommend setting up an appointment with ConfiDental.

  I'm Jeff's mother and was recently in to see Dr. Dwayne. I had a problem with one of my old crowns and had a brief window of time to have it replaced with some coverage. It was done and the experience was almost pain free. I've always been impressed with the treatment at this office - from the reception area who checked for coverage to the pickiest cleaner around - that's you Joan. Thanks again.

  The whole team at ConfiDENTAL is awesome ... ESPECIALLY my amazing Hygienist Joan!! They provide excellent customer service along with the best technology which, together, gives me peace of mind and a healthy smile. They explain everything, provide options and even help with fearful patients. I used to dread my dentist appointments. Now I look forward to my visits, knowing that they will take great care of me. They are right beside the Anderson LRT station and have evening appointments once a week so the convenience also can't be beat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family.

  Went recently for a broken tooth. The anxiety alone was making me deal with the pain and putting off what I needed to do. With much hesitation I called and booked an appointment. They booked me in and had a look and then told me what I already knew. It had to come out and right away.
  
  In the end they did a wicked job in squashing my fears and hesitation. Their professionalism far exceeded what I had ever received from any other dentist office. They took great care of me and the situation I was in for having to get my tooth extracted. I have never felt more comfortable ever going to see a dentist. I have already even booked my self again for another visit.
  
  Dr. K and his staff are top notch! Once you go you will see for your self!
