Terrific selection of appliances. I recently bought a Wolf counter top convection oven and couldn't be happier with the price and especially service I received from Kelly. Kelly's professionalism and helpfulness is a model for others on Coast's sales team. I will be shopping her in future!

Should be 0 stars. We bought a fridge from them, and we had to get our old fridge water system disconnected. So our salesperson got somebody to do it and said it would be $75 for him to disconnect our old fridge and connect our new one.This was a great deal so we asked the sales person if it was for 1 trip, and she responded and I quote “ no it includes for both of the trips for $75”. And when we received our bill it was 150 plus tax. we called them they said they would call us back but we received no call. We then called again and they said they can’t help. Next rime you order something with them record your conversation

Pretty disappointing service thus far in my experience. 3 months in and the brand new dryer is dead. I call Coast and they say they pass it along to a repair service that still hasn't called me back. I call Coast back and they just say all we do is let the repair service know it needs service. No follow up or concern that the customer is getting the service he or she paid for.

Againnice store and great place to do business. I see a lot of negative complaining on here. We got a few pieces from here so go see Mike L, he helped us out. He is great to deal with very professional and honest.

It's hard to review a customer service experience that never happened. I spent over an hour in this store and made direct eye contact with several sales people and not one seemed to be able to find the time to help me. I noticed that at least one of the sales staff was ignoring me to play candy crush which told me all I needed to know.

I had bought some appliances and gave them a $ 500.00 deposit. The appliances were not available, and the salesperson I found out quit. I cancelled my order and asked for my deposit refunded. They told me I did not need to come in since I used my credit card for the deposit, and they could just refund my money. 3 days later I enquired about my refund and to my dismay it was never refunded. Finally a staff member said that they were processing my refund and that it would take another 3-5 business days. I asked to talk to the manager he called me back after several hours later. I was not available tried calling the next morning and found out he is on holidays for the next 3 weeks. Asked to talk to another manager and he will not be in until the next day. I find this companies staff is very unreliable, incompetent, and does not know what products they have. I would never recommend this company and I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Best appliance retailer I have ever worked with. As a builder, I buy a lot of appliances. Coast has always been there for me, both in good pricing, on-time deliveries, and most importantly, looking after my buyers after they have moved in to their new homes.

We bought all our appliances here and received over the top service from Mary. She spent time researching appliances for us before we even got to the store. Once we got in the store we saw that their regular pricing was lower than pricing at the store advertising the big weekend sales.
Our experience was excellent and will go back for other appliances in the future.
We did also purchase extended warranty on all appliances.

Went to Coast Appliances on Saturday, April 16 to purchase a new dishwasher. Had spent The previous day checking out other retailers and in both places I was completely ignored by staff, and no one even asked me if I needed help. A friend recommended Coast and when I arrived a young lady at the front desk immediately spoke to me and asked me if they could help me. Within half an hour I purchased the exact kind of dishwasher I was looking for and it was on sale also. The young saleslady who assisted me even called the installer on my behalf and arranged for delivery and installation for Monday morning. By 1130H, Monday, April 18, my new dishwasher was installed and the old one removed. I am so pleased with the service I received from this store, and I will tell anyone I know who needs appliances to go there first! Thank you so much for the excellent service.
